New Law Introduced In CA Assembly

They’re at it again. That’s right the folks in the CA assembly have introduced a new law that changes the wording in the use of force statute from “Reasonable” to “Necessary.”

One would think this is no big deal. Think again. The aclu rubes held a news conference claiming that the new law would make it easier to prosecute cops for their misdeeds. What?

Let’s unwind this. The only thing this stupid law would do is raise the bar for cops involved in OIS’s. This will, no doubt, result in more lawsuits, officer injuries, less policing and more danger to the public.

Emotional pleas that ignore facts make for great press conferences but poor laws. Speakers who use michael brown as an unarmed “child” killed by police lose all credibility.-

About the only thing I can think of is it will allow the sponsors and supporters of this silly legislation to inflame fears and incite anti-police behavior at the many press conferences we know will follow.

Cops are experts at avoiding the use of deadly force. With millions of contacts every day, the use of deadly force is extremely rare. Every cop who has been on the job for any length of time can recite numerous times when they could have used deadly force but de-escaulateed the situation.

Note to bad guys…”Comply, don’t die!”

Kate Steinle’s Killer Sues Federal Goverment

Remember that creep, illegal alien, 7 time convicted felon that shot and killed Kate Steinle in SF? Yeah that one. The one that ICE had placed a detainer on only to be let go to kill this young lady who had so much to offer. All the SF Sheriff had to do was notify ICE when this goof was about to be released. They would have scooped his funky butt and deported him back to Mexico.

No dice. He was released and killed this young woman shortly after.

He was apprehended and charged with a bunch of crimes but only found guilty of being a felony possession of a firearm.

Released for time served. Wow, something’s way wrong with this picture. Enter the US DOJ. They charged this mope with Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Alien Illegally and Unlawfully in the United States in Possession of a Firearm.

According to this Bozo’s attorney’s the Federal charges violate his client’s right to this and that blah, blah. Wait a sec, this guy isn’t a citizen and is/should not be entitled to the rights granted to a US citizen. Oh yeah, one more thing, all this stuff was generated by POTUS and the AG in order to trample his client’s rights. Through his counsel this chump is suing the Federal Government to have his case dismissed.

I hope he’s unsuccessful.

Denver Sheriff Releases Vehicular Homicide Suspect After ICE Requests Notification

There at it again. That’s right, an illegal alien involved in a crash that killed a truck driver was released after fleeing the scene. The bad guy was arrested at his place of abode later. Even after several hours the arrested subject was given a field sobriety test. Of course, he flunked.

The goof was charged with Vehicular Homicide, Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident and DUI. Bond set at $25,000. Kinda low for such a serious offense.

ICE requested that the Sheriff notify them when this scumbag is released. The Denver Sheriff’s Office does honor ICE “requests to notify.”

The suspect quickly made bond and released from the County Jail at 5:28 PM. ICE was notified at 6:33 PM. Funny how that happens since ICE notified them about 24 hours prior. HUmmmn.

The jerk was given a April 2nd court date. I’m sure he’ll make it along with a platoon of flying pigs.

The Sheriff ordered an immediate investigation as to why the subject was released prior to ICE being notified. I’m sure that is great comfort to the real victim, truck driver John Anderson’s friends and family.

San Francisco Shooting From Trunk, What?

Ah, those “dreamers”…and the benefits they bestow on our country. Here’s one that, along with 2 other dreamers attempted to use the 2nd amendment and their right as citizens, oh wait, never mind.

The three “dreamers” held up a couple in SF’s Mission District. The victims hailed a passing police car and relayed the story of the robbery.

The cops quickly ID’d the car used in the robbery and took the driver and passenger into custody without incident. That’s what cops do. Take bad guy’s into custody.

The third “pistoliro” hid in the trunk and fired at the cops who were attempting to talk him out of the trunk and surrender peacefully. He, foolishly, chose to shoot at the cops. Return fire rendered the the trunk, the car and the suspect full of holes.

The local “activists” immediately questioned why the cops had to shoot. Marches and protest followed.

A family member said he hid in the trunk because he didn’t want to be deported. What? Deported from SF? Ain’t gonna happen.

Oh, the cops involved in the shooting are being investigated by five different government agencies. I’m sure one of these investigative arms will find something that the cops did wrong.

Hey “dreamers” don’t shoot at cops and everybody goes home. Pretty simple huh?

MA Troopergate continues, 2 More High Ranking Troopers Retire

Remember the MA Trooper that was ordered by the Director of the MA Troopers to change his report? You know, the one where the suspect in a “Driving Under The Influence” told the Trooper who found heroin in her car said…”Do you know how many people I had to blow to get that?” In addition to offering sexual favors for leniency. (See Cop’s Perspective 1/14/18)

These hasty retirements come after the State Ethics Commission concluded that senior official were involved in ordering 2 Troopers to change their reports.

The MA governator also sided with the Troopers ordered to change their reports. Additionally, those involved in the bogus report could be held criminally liable for Obstruction of Justice, Conflict of Interest as well as several other offences. The point being don’t mess with an investigation because the arrestee is the daughter of a judge.

I recently researched the MA State Police general and special orders in addition to some of ther correspondence put out by various commanders. They all talk about truth and integrity.

Maybe the bosses need a refresher course in both these subjects.

Another 2-Bit Politician Challenges Deputy, Gets a Face Full of Pepper Spray(YUK,YUK)

These goofs just don’t get it. Cops really don’t care who you are or who you know. We’ve all heard that.

The mayor of Hillsboro, MO saw a Jefferson County Deputy Sheriff at a gas station. The Deputy had arrested this guy’s son for DWI and had given the mayor a ticket for speeding several years ago.

This jamoke goes up to the Deputy and challenges him to a fight. The deputy attempts to break off the engagement and walks away. The mayor will have none of this. He curses at the deputy and pokes him in the chest with his finger. All the while ranting about the “mistreatment ” of himself and family members.

Enough of this BS. “You’re under arrest!” He resists. Gets pepper sprayed and taken into custody. He’s charged with 4th degree assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting and stalking. The deputy was also granted a restraining order against the mayor.

After the goof gets sprayed I would have told him to rub his eyes. It helps get the sting out!

Just another 2-bit pol acting the fool. The board of aldermen are trying to launch “his honor.” He’s got no business being a mayor…even in Hillsboro,MO.

NY Officer Acquitted In Excessive Force Case

A NY judge acquitted a Rockville Centre, NY officer on charges that allege he used excessive force on two intoxicated brothers. The “real” suspects were fighting outside a bar after they had been “launched” for fighting.

Officer Anthony Frederico arrived on the scene and saw the two mopes fighting. He intervened and attempted to calm the situation employing “De- Escalation” techniques. After being struck several times by one of the combatants officer Frederico used his TASER to control the situation.

At trial the Judge, after hearing all evidence presented, quickly found the officer NOT GUILTY and questioned why the prosecutors office would even entertain such a foolish case. Good call judge.

The lawyer representing the officer said, “The Nassau District attorney ignored evidence of the officers innocence and created tremendous distrust between police and prosecutors.”

Couldn’t agree more.

Officer Frederico was reinstated as a police officer and is back on duty.

This is just plain crazy!!

Philly Officer Recounts Attack By Coward Devoted To Allah And The Islamic State

Philly Police Officer Jesse Hartnett was on patrol in a one man car at 11:40 PM, Jan 7, 2016. Suddenly, he saw a man in a white flowing muslim garment approaching his car. Officer Hartnett could see the guy approaching was holding a gun and knew this wasn’t going to be good.

The assailant fired 13 rounds into the police car striking Hartnett 3 times in his left arm. After emptying his weapon the coward took flight and attempted to get away. Not so fast.

Heartnett opened his door, extracted his weapon and shot the mope who just tried to kill him.

This brave and resourceful officer recounted this event during testimony at his attackers trial last week.

He told the jury that he has trouble with the most basis things. Like changing his daughters diapers. This stalwart man has endured 11 surgeries on his left arm and is making a most courageous effort at rehab. The goal being to get back to work as a Philadelphia Police Officer.

Officer Jesse Hartnett has the heart, soul and mindset of a warrior and his actions are in keeping with the highest standards and traditions of police service.

Joplin, MO PD Told By City Manager To Stop Posting “Incident Spotlights”

Well they’re at it again. That’s right, dumbass, unknowing politicians sticking they’re noses where it doesn’t belong.

Joplin city manager Sam Anselm recently told the Chief to stop posting “Incident spotlights” on the departments website. Says it puts the criminal in a bad light. What??

And just what is a “Incident Spotlight” you ask? Good question. It’s the tale of what happened during any police activity.

The latest being numerous calls about gunfire in a neighborhood. This elicited a prompt and heavy response. Officer’s were able to determine what happened and make an arrest. The arrest was featured on the department website under “Incident Response.”

This let the citizens know that all is well and your safe in your homes. After all, isn’t it the police departments duty to keep residents SAFE?

I think it’s a great idea and the department should take this issue to the city council for an up or down vote.

MA Trooper Ordered To Change Arrest Report, Sues Agency

Last October a MA trooper was dispatched to an accident scene. The trooper smelled the odor of alcohol on the female driver who stumbled and slurred her words. A good indication that the driver is impaired.

After failing several sobriety tests she was placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest revealed a “heroin kit.” The kit consisted of several needles, a burnt spoon and a quantity of heroin. The female begged for leniency saying…”Do you know how many people I had to blow to get that?”

This statement reveals that she knew what she possessed and was included in the troopers report.

Two days later the trooper was ordered to change his report and delete the “Do you know how many people …” portion. He was advised that the statement had nothing to do with the incident and should have not been included. Beg to differ.

As the matter unfolds, the arrested female is the daughter of a judge and the order to change the report came from the highest reaches of the MA State Police.

When the incident was published in various newspapers and blog sites the Director of the MA State Police denied any influence or orders to change the report. He did, however, resign abruptly a few days later. Hummmm.

The trooper who was forced to change his report recently filed a suit in Federal court.

When will these goofs learn to leave the police work to the cops and not interfere with a legit and honest report. Enjoy you’re retirement COL McKeon…former Director of the MSP.
