3 Armed Robbers Have Getaway Car Stolen

In Commerce, CO three stick-up men stopped their stolen getaway car in front of a check cashing business. The three burst through the doors of the establishment. They brandished their firearms and talked a “Bunch of Trash.” At the conclusion of the robbery the three 8-balls headed for the door and to the waiting car.

The car had been left in front of the business. It was running and the door ajar. A great plan for a quick getaway, but wait, the car was gone. Vanished into thin air. Is someone playing a cruel hoax on these aspiring criminals. Maybe it was the cops, they are always playing tricks on criminals.

Have no mode of transport the goofs “beat feet.” Commerce PD Officers quickly responded to the scene and captured two of the bozo’s. Detective are following up and plan to release information about the car soon. You see, it was stolen by the three amatures and then taken by a carjacker whilst they were otherwise busy. Gonna bet the cops had a good laugh about that. Is nothing sacred?

9th Circuit Court Of Appeals Finds LAPD Officer DOES Have Qualified Immunity

Waaaay back in OCT, 2018 two LAPD cops were dispatched to a disturbance at a gym. Some fool was walking around naked and fighting with patrons and a security guard.

Upon contacting the suspect the incident went sideways…fast, as these type of calls do from time to time. The suspect, a large and muscular soul, got one of the Officer’s TASER. In addition, he had a female Officer on the ground and was pounding on her head. Her partner, being dazed from several hits by the suspect, saw his partner being beaten. He then fired five shots at this doofus and cancelled his ticket.

A review of all the investigating agencies found it was, in po-leece parlance, a good shoot. Case closed? Oh no. The mother of the suspect sued (of course). The Officer said he had qualified immunity. The 9th Circuit upheld the immunity claim. The final decision made in Sept. of this year and the case dismissed. Imagine having to wait five long years for the court to decide.

Bless you Officers who work under some of the most restrictive and anti LE leaders.

2 Retired NYPD Officers Save MLK Home From Arsonist

2 retired and highly decorated NYPD Officers were visiting their mother in Atlanta. They drover near the birthplace of MLK where they saw some fool pouring gas on the porch and walls. HUM, this doesen’t look good the brothers speculated.

Being retired Police Officers they went to interrupt the goofs attempted arson. She took of but was soon captured by the two brothers. She was taken back to the scene of the crime where she was held for the Atlanta cops.

The retired cops, upon whom was heaped mucho praise and adulations said only, “You’re police, no matter how long you’ve been gone.”

The Officers were given awards by the city of Atlanta and New York. Being humble they just said “they’re glad no one got hurt and the National Historic Landmark is still standing.”

Phoenix Officers Reviewing Options If City Yields To DOJ Consent Decree

The oppressive and woke DOJ is about to saddle Phoenix with one of their “consent decrees.” You know, where a “monitor” is appointed to oversee the Police Department. It cost multi- million$$, has little or no effect on policing other than to severely restrict the officers and basically isn’t very effective…so said the AG, merrick garland. Oh great.

Having seen the adverse effect these stupid rules and oversite do to cities, see New Orleans, Louisville, Cleveland, Seattle and the list goes on. Net result, more crime and less cops. Gee, that sound like a great deal.

The already understaffed Phoenix PD and the citizens will suffer if this monster is let loose.

A group called SAVPHX has started to contact agencies throughout the country that have opening’s. Make that all departments because they ALL have openings. The Officers can lateral to some departments at the same or greater pay. Cities and counties offer relocation and signing bonuses. Sounds like baseball trading. Well, maybe it’s come to that. Phoenix officials, enter into this agreement at your peril.

Woke Prosecutors Should Rethink Their Anti-Cop Agenda’s

Here are a few names you should recognize.

Recently in Austin, TX Police Officer Christopher Taylor accused of murder after he shot a fleeing drug dealer who attempted to strike Police Officers with his car. Notorious Travis County prosecutor, jose garza filed the charges. At trial the result was a hung jury. Maybe they saw through the yang thrown out by the DA and realized the Officer had a split second to make a decision. No information on whether the case will be retried.

In Aurora, CO, another overzealous prosecutor charged an Officer with reckless manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. Verdict, NOT GUILTY!

In Louisville, KY a federal jury failed to reach a verdict in the trial of the Officer involved in the breana taylor matter.

In Grand Rapids, MI Police Officer Chris Schurr shot and killed a fool who attempted to grab his TAZER. Never mind it was 8:30 AM and the suspects BAC was .29. His trial is pending. The prosecutor, in a knee jerk reaction, to demonstrations filed the charges. Wonder what he thinks now.

Finally, the aclu lamented that only 80 Officers have been charged after a suspect was killed by an Officer. Here’s a tip for ya, maybe those Officers who Serve and Protect were right in the actions they had to take. And for you fools out there that think you can resist and fight with cops you had best rethink that attitude.

Woman Throws Puppy In Dumpster Whilst Fleeing Police

Waaay up in Farmington Hills, MI the cops were chasing a crazed 25 YO woman and her companion. The Officers called off the chase since the speeds exceeded well over 100 MPH. The goof finally crashed into another car and Officers were advised that the woman had thrown a puppy in a construction dumpster.

After the crash was addressed the Officers began combing the area’s dumpster’s. Wasn’t hard to find the one with scared and panic stricken sounds from a location. The puppy was rescued from this evil ding-bat and was adopted…immediately.

The driver and dog dumper were charged with driving while suspended, fleeing and eluding, animal cruelty and a bunch of other stuff. Bet she’ll get more time and fines for the animal cruelty than all the other violations. Life as it should be.

The Farmington Hills Chief said drivers fleeing police is almost commonplace. Why the hell not…there are no consequences for one’s outlandish behavior.

Oregon To Revisit Measure 110…The Law That decriminalized Drug Possession

Yep, that ‘Ole measure 110 passed in 2019 that was gonna make a big dent in the drug problem. This was going to occur with the help of the $268 M dollars from the states cannabis tax. Oh great, a bunch of “consultants” produced a bunch of reports. They seem to have an uncanny grasp of the obvious.

Here’s the way it’s supposed to work. Somebody with a quantity of heroin, meth, coke or fent. Gets a ticket. They can take care of the situation by calling for treatment. Yeah…that one didn’t work either. Less than 1% called for rehab.

The goofs pushing the measure said it would change the drug issue by getting abusers into treatment. Well, one part is true…It damn sure changed the drug scene in OR. In 2019 there were 84 OD deaths, by the end of June, this year that number had jumped to 1100. A phenomenal increase to say the least.

In the family oriented city of Portland it’s not unusual to see some fool shooting up on the sidewalk, in broad daylight. Yeah those progressive legislators sure did change the drug scene in Oregon.

Fresno PD Cuts Homicides By 66% Since 2021

In the still beautiful city of Fresno, CA, the cops have reduced the homicides from 2021 by 66%. How you ask? Good question. Chief Balderrama said “it’s the hard work done by the homicide unit and the department.” Giving full credit to the men and women of the department. In 2021 Fresno had 74 homicides, 52 in 2022 and 26 so far this year. Not bad, not bad at all!

The Chief also said that by arresting/charging soon after the murder this stops the retaliation by family members or associates.

The department added over 200 officers to their ranks which helps with “Hot Spot” policing and proper deployment of officers.

Target Asks Sacramento Sheriff For Help With Shoplifting Problem

A Target store in Sacramento asked the Sheriff for help in their shoplifting problem. The store is located near several homeless encampments and most of the suspects are transients.

OK, that’s what law enforcement does. Sheriffs Investigators met with the regional security representative for Target. He laid out some guidelines for dealing with the “boosters.”

No contacts with the suspect in the store.
No handcuffing in the store
If someone is arrested take them to the area behind the store to process the arrest.
Whilst at this meeting Deputies saw someone take a bunch of cosmetics and return them for $$$. The Deputies wanted to arrest the scoundrel…the Target (non)security person said “Do not arrest, let it go.” The Deputies said they could not be of assistance under these condition and that Target, really, doesn’t want to stop or control the problem.

No wonder Target loses so much to theft…they don’t want to do anything! Here’s a tip for ’em, If you want to stop criminal activity show the bad folks that there are consequences for their actions. make the arrest, secure the suspect then drive them away in a marked unit.

The Sheriff’s Office didn’t work with Target. He said “We don’t tell them how to run a department store…they don’t tell us how to enforce the law.” Or somethin’ like that. Good call Sheriff!

Former Baltimore State’s Atty Found Guilty On 2 Counts Of Perjury

That’s right, our ‘ole friend and aggressive fighter of crime and evil (just kiddin’) marilyn mosby was found guilty of 2 counts of perjury in Baltimore.

Jurors reached a verdict last Thursday and convicted the prosecutor of 6 INNOCENT Baltimore cops. I seem to get off the subject when I write about this goof. She, and her “holier that thou” attitude in the prosecution of the Officers involved in the freddie grey incident. Three BPD cops were found Not Guilty and mosby dropped charges on the other three.

Well, this goof got “cracked” when she withdrew a bunch of $$ from her retirement account. Said it was a “Financial hardship.” This whilst drawing her salary of 250K. Turns out the $$ was for a couple “cribs” in FL. She faces 5 years on each count. Here’s the kicker, she still faces a couple counts of false mortgage statements. She’ll claim racism and all that jazz but I say Karma baby, Karma!
