Three Tacoma cops were found NOT GUILTY in the death of a violently resisting suspect. Back in 2020 Officers were called to a location where manny ellis was attempting to open car doors of motorists stopped at a light.
Upon arrival, the goof started banging on the police car. Weird, but stuff like this happens. The three cops tried to take the bad actor into custody. He resisted violently and was TAZED and struck several times. Once in custody he was transported to the hospital where he was declared 10-7, with mileage.
Washington prosecutors couldn’t wait to charge the cops. A law passed in 2018 made the charging of Police Officers much easier.
After a lengthy trial the jury heard the facts…ellis was a persistent offender and had a fatal amount of meth in his system. He also had a heart condition as a result of excessive meth use. After hearing the facts the jury acquitted the Officers. Thank god for the jury system. Maybe these fine men can get on with their lives. Hope so.

Why do these lawyers (pros) have a hard on for cops, if the cop didn’t do their job, the pros would not have a job!!!
John: They need to be voted out by the electorate. I think turnout is about 20-25 per cent. The one thing the fools should be doing is prosecuting the bad guys and NOT the cops. That’s just stupid. I tell all the cops on the left coast to get the hell out before those politicians get them killed or locked up. Everything is backwards these days. Stay Safe! Ken
