Murder Suspect Previously Convicted Of Killing Police Officer

A suspect taken into custody for the January 1st murder of a family “friend” in Columbus, GA is a convicted cop killer.

The suspect in his most recent murder was convicted in 1975 of killing officer Hugh Eubanks of the Bolivar, TN police department. The goof was quickly apprehended, tried, convicted and sentenced to LIFE.

But then, we all know, life isn’t life. Our enlightened justice system let this killer out after only 7, that’s right, 7 years. But wait, there’s more.

In 2001 the “rehabilitated” felon pleaded guilty to armed robbery and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Sentence, 15 years.

Did he do anywhere near the 15 years…no, 5 years and he’s back on the street. Back on the street to kill AGAIN!

Our nations police can make the apprehension and work with prosecutors to get convictions. In this case the violent felon did a total of 12 years on a life and 15 year sentence. What’s up with that?

Note to politicians. If you want to keep the murder rate down don’t let killers out.

83 Year Old Man Throws “Chump” Off His Roof

I was recently reviewing the funny/unusual police stories of the past year and found one of particular note. I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Burgess again and he wants to wish all police officers out ther a “Merry Christmas.” Same to you sir!!

In La Puente, CA a man being chased by police got on the roof of Wilford Burgess, an 83 year old grandfather. The cops tried everything including bringing in a crisis negotiator and, of course the “De-Escalation” techniques that seldom seem to work.

After a protracted period of time Mr. Burgess told the cops…”I’m going up on the roof, that sucker’s coming off.”

Borrowing a neighbors ladder he ascended to his roof an threw the dumb ass off. The LASD Captain on the scene said,” Mr Burgess got tired of his games and pushed him off his roof. He did what we couldn’t.”

Mr. Burgess’s granddaughter said “it didn’t surprise any of us. My grandpa is tough.”

I recently spoke with this fine man who said he would like to wish all law enforcement officers a very merry Christmas and a happy and safe new year.

Houston Chief Apologizes To LGBTQ For Detectives “Insensitive” Remarks

All this political correctness is really getting old.

Houston Chief, Art Acevedo fell all over himself in responding to the statement made by a Houston PD homicide detective. The detective advised a local TV crew that the victim of a homicide “Was a male dressed like a female apparently working as a prostitute.”

As one might expect the lgbtq folks got their panties in a wad and performed a candle light vigil on the steps of city hall. Wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd.

The memorial was put on by a group calling itself the “Montrose Center.” An advocacy group that promotes a healthier and safer life styles for the lgbtq community.

The Chief said the detective made a mistake with his “insensitive” comment. As a matter of fact the Detective made a totally truthful statement and didn’t think it would cause such a ruckus. Surprise, in today’s uptight environment where everybody is offended by everything cop’s must be careful what they say and do.

Note to the “Montrose Center.” If you want people to live safer lives please do recommend that they don’t get dressed up in the opposite gender clothing and then work as a hooker. Just a thought.

Baltimore PD-The Folly Continues…Even As A Detective Is Gunned Down

One must wonder what the hell is going on in the Baltimore PD.

The administrative trial of LT Brian Rice was concluded with all trumped up charges, stemming from the freddy grey matter, found to be groundless. LT Rice then went directly to BPD Headquarters to be reinstated.

Next up is SGT Alicia White in the continuing paper chase “administrative hearings.” Her trial starts early next month where she will take these kangaroos to the mat. The only thing these activities continue to do is reopen the wounds of a city in great need of healing.

Was this in the mind of the soulless killer who took the life of DET Sean Suiter by shooting him in the head whilst he and his partner investigated one of Baltimore’s most recent murders. I would venture to say that perhaps the victim hood and empowerment of the criminal element is a contributing factor to this fine mans early and unwarranted death.

May the wife and five children of this exceptional Detective find peace…and may the killer be found quickly. Don’t be too gentle taking this creep into custody.

Be very careful out there brothers and sisters, be very careful!

Baltimore PD Officer/Van Driver In Freddy Grey Case Found Not Guilty

Baltimore police officer Cesar Goodson Jr. was found NOT GUILTY of all 21 bogus charges filed in an administrative trial. He was charged with offences including, dereliction of duty, making false statements to investigators and failing to secure Grey with a seat belt at the time he was placed in the van.

The trial court consisted of two senior Baltimore PD commanders and one from Prince George County.

Testimony revealed that all allegations were debunked. A number of commanders and supervisors said Officer Goodson is a fine officer and follows directions to the best of his ability. Note to Chief Davis…put the Freddy Grey incident in the rear view mirror and get on with protecting the citizens of Baltimore.

It’s also time to dismiss the charges against LT Brian Rice and SGT Alicia White who’s administrative trials are scheduled to begin soon. All of the officers involved in this incident have been put through the ringer. it’s time to move on.

Officer Cesar Goodson, who has been suspended since the incident will return to duty soon. Ceasar Goodson Sr. said “My son is a good officer. He wants to take care of his family, get back to work and complete his career with the Baltimore police department.”

Couldn’t agree with him more!

The Price Of Valor

I recently had the privilege of speaking with a young officer who left the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department on a medical (PTSD) retirement after 12 years of faithful and dedicated service.

Oh yeah, this fine man is the holder of five, that’s right, five medals of valor. This is bestowed by the “Crusade Against Crime” and has been hung around the neck of JC five times. Unheard of in police circles.

How can this be? Aggressive police work. Knowing the criminal element. Right place, right time. All of these played into the shootings, chases and, sometimes violent, take downs.

After an incident all the cops high-fived. Complements all around. Followed by the drinking until 4:00 AM. These monsters finally got the better of this fine man and he sought psychiatric help. OK, fine. Treated with a smorgasborg of pills that only added to the already volatile situation.

Referred to a psychotherapy group composed of court ordered felons attempting to avoid another stretch in the joint. No Help. Further into the abyss.

With the help of his wife JC found his way to a treatment center that specialized in veterans and first responders. This worked. Finally.

Departments throughout the nation must stop pandering to the criminal element and refocus on assisting officers in need of aid.

Keep The Body Cams

I recently read a report from the Washington D.C. Metropolitan police that showed that the body cams did not effect the use of force by Officers. OK, fine. This tells any objective reviewer of the study that the cops are acting professionally and use force as required by the situation.

A couple of cases come to mind. One in Baltimore where a detective shot an offender who was in the act of raising a gun. One can only suspect that the creep meant to shoot and kill the officer. (see “Cop’s Perspective” dtd 2/5/17)

Another incident happened in Rainbow City, AL. A wanted felon fled the cops and jumped off a bridge with the usual injuries associated with such a foolish act. The next day his family showed pictures of him in the hospital. Claiming, of course, mistreatment by the police. The chief immediately released the body cam footage of the incident that told a totally different and the truth about what happened. (see “Cop’s Perspective” dtd 7/20/17)

We can only imagine the unrest/riots that would have occurred if not for the unblinking eye of the officers body cam.

Wonder how the Michael Brown Jr. incident would have played out had officer Darren Wilson been wearing a body cam? Interesting thought huh?

Minneapolis Pols See A City With No Cops

With all the carnage in Las Vegas I didn’t think blogging about some dumb politicians was appropriate. Its been over a week since the madman rained down death and misery to our fellow citizens just out enjoying a Country Music show. Let’s all wait and see what the LVMPD and the FBI can come up with. Maybe a way to prevent this type of activity in the future…hope so.

Now it’s on to the antics of our favorite target of lunacy and madness. That’s right…2-bit politicians. This week from the city of Minneapolis.

A group called voices for racial justice sent a questionnaire to all the candidates for the city council and mayor. One of the questions was: “Do you think Minneapolis could be well served without a police department.”

Strangely enough a number of the candidates answered yes. This along with the usual dribble about the police getting closer to the community, restorative justice (whatever that is) and racism withing all ranks of the department.

Haven’t we all had enough of this balderdash. I certainly think so and the majority of the residences of Minneapolis do to.

No cops huh? Who ya gonna call…”ghostbusters.” Keep us posted on that.

MS-13 Leaders Tell Troops To Change Shoes

That’s right. An MS-13 “shot-caller” currently imprisoned in El Salvador recently sent word to his underlings to ditch the gang colors and the foot ware. Believing that the cops are focused on the colors and specific shoes and that’s how LE identifies gang members.

Gang members in the US are currently under attack by federal and local law enforcement. A number of MS-13 gang members have been arrested and charged with a number of violent crimes. After they serve their sentences it’s a one way ticket back to El Salvador.

I guess they like it here in the US and don’t want to be shipped back to Central America. So let’s just change our shoes and nobody is the wiser. we can keep plying our trade and employing our trademark of “Kill, Rape,Control”

Pretty sharp, these guys. Never mind that most of these banger’s are tatted to the max. Including facial, neck and throat tatts broadcasting who they are.

Yes sir, sharp lads indeed. Just change your shoes and you can skate by right under the cops noses.

Officer Shot By Punk Released On Felony Gun Charges

One must wonder when this BS will end. Don’t know if it ever will.

Last week a Yonkers, New York Officer was shot in the face whilst she and her partner were investigating a suspicious auto call. As they approached the car the 18YO punk shot the officer.

After a gunfight the suspect was taken into custody. Could this have been prevented? Hell yes!

The shooter was recently arrested by NYPD cops for carrying a weapon. In a duffel bag he had several other firearms, knives and a machete. it is interesting to note that this jerk had been arrested 23 times, is a convicted drug dealer and the prosecutors requested prison time. They made their case rather forcefully and told the judge this guy was going to shoot someone…they just didn’t know he would shoot a cop.

Aren’t we all getting tired of society failing to control those that need to be taken out of the mainstream and placed where their antics have no consequences on the general public.

Great work judge, too bad your not up for re-election.

The officer was treated and released from a medical facility and will be back on the job soon. May god bless the men and women of the Yonkers, NY police department and all who “Serve and Protect.”
