Blue Lives Matter Christmas tree raise funds for needy children at auction.
Members of the Pinellas County (FL) Sheriff’s Office pose with one of the “Blue Lives Matter” Christmas trees at the Oldsmar/Safety harbor, Florida Mayor’s breakfast. The trees were decorated with patches from police departments throughout the country and assorted police “stuff.” Carefully and lovingly put together by my wife, Doreen, proceeds from the auction are used to give kids a Christmas where they probably wouldn’t have one. And now, from the shallow end of the gene pool…cops in happy Valley, OR were called to a suspicious person looking into cars.
The constabulary arrives and the guy is found laying flat in the front seat of his car. When an officer shines his light on the guy he sits up straight and takes off.
A pursuit takes place and his tires are spiked. Our not so fleet of foot felon gets out of the car while it is still rolling and attempts to run. He cuts in front of the car just before it crashes into a building.

The end result being that the right front wheel came to rest in his leg (OWwww, that hurts.)
After the cops jacked up the car and removed him from his precarious situation he was taken to the hospital where he was treated for numerous fractures of his right leg.
When he’s released from the hospital the cops will be waiting with a bunch of warrants for theft, tampering, numerous traffic violations and fleeing to elude.
He shouldn’t be to hard to catch with the broken leg and all. Maybe this guy just isn’t cut out for a life of crime.

Gwinnett County (GA) Police Officer Antwan Toney was shot and killed by a chump who the District Attorney requested, demanded and begged that he be locked up. The pleas fell on deaf ears.
The evil soul was a self proclaimed gang leader and responsible for a number of violent crimes throughout the area.

When he came before judge robert waller, for the fourth time, he was, again, released on probation. The prosecutor told the judge that this guy was going to kill someone. How true those words would become.
Several months later police responded to a suspicious auto call. Officer Toney and his partner approached. The driver, who should have been secured in a detention facility, opened fire on the approaching officers. Killing Toney.
THIS DIDN’T HAVE TO HAPPEN!
Officer Toney was described as “great to be around,” “Big smile, big heart.” and according to other officers, “Always ready to go to work.”
This fine young man, taken too soon by a deranged killer who beat the system. Not once but three times.
Hey you black robed dispensers of justice, wake up. Some folks need to be locked away.

Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gaultieri chairman of the MSD Commission investigating the horrific shooting at that school last year launched into the LE response.
This is the one we’ve been waiting for. On the second day of the hearings the LE response was laid bare. The net result, a terrific failure by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office to address this critical incident.
As the data was presented the audience held their hands over their faces, chewed their nails or sat perfectly still.
Special attention was paid to the School Resource Deputy, scot peterson and capt. jan jordan, the incident commander.
Peterson failed to react to the shooter by taking up a defensive position outside of the building. Capt. jordan was described as “ineffective” and “in a dreamlike state.”
Any cop, from a prob to a seasoned veteran knows that active shooters require immediate action to meet and “neutralize” the threat. This did not happen.
In the military the commander is responsible for everything that happens or fails to happen. In this instance the blame must lay at the feet of the Broward County Sheriff, scott israel.
The parent of one of the victims addressed the Commission by saying, “Here’s my concern. I’ve lost my belief in heroes, because they didn’t show up on the day I needed them most.”
We’ll take another look at this later.

In Pullman, WA, WSU football player got arrested for attempting to purchase wine and malt liquor with a bogus $20 bill.
When the cops arrived he made a big brew-ha-ha and fought with the officers. The misdemeanor “actin’ the fool” charges were later dismissed.
Upon seeking and finding a high moral lawyer the “victim” sued the Pullman police department for ruining his budding nfl career. What?
In the federal suit this big pansy says..Officers prepared reports which intentionally misrepresented events…officers used a “significant level of violent force.” (Kinda like that phrase). Causing his client to have nightmares, afraid of the police, damage to his reputation, (yeah sure) blah, blah blah.
What would it take to make this go away you ask? A mere 5 mil. Let’s all hope the city doesn’t cave.

Recently 2 Philly cops observed 2 men crouched behind a car. One of the desperadoes was armed with a hand gun.
The officers got out to investigate and one of the bad guys opened fire. Striking one of the officers in the leg. Did this make the cop stop and access his wound…why no. He took off after the shooter who was captured after a short chase.
His partner apprehended the other goof at the scene.
The wounded officer was transported to an area hospital where he is recovering.
Kinda reminds me of the isis attack on a Philly cop back in Jan, 2016. Remember that one? An officer was brutally and viciously attacked by a weak minded isis troll. After being hit a number of times the officer got out of his patrol car and shot the bad guy.
Man, those Philly cops are tough!! Carry on ladies and gentlemen.

A female desperado was recently picked up for shoplifting at a Target store in Palm Beach County (FL). OK, happens all the time.
23 year old accuses Deputy of rape. Dash and body cams tell different story. Didn’t your momma tell you not to lie. Guess not.
After being booked into the Palm Beach County jail she claimed that the arresting deputy assaulted her. A detective responded and was told that the officer “groped” her during a pat-down search at Target. She then claimed that she was raped whilst on the way to the slammer.
A review of the stores surveillance cameras and the deputy’s body camera(s) revealed that she was patted down by a female deputy. Additional investigation revealed that the accuser was dropped off at the Greenacres PD. She was later transported to the jail by the female deputy.
Hummm, what’s going on here. Remember all the rig-a-maroll about women accusers and how they should be believed? Investigated, yes, believed on their word only, not so much.
If not for the body and in car cameras this male deputies career could have been ruined. Keep those cameras on ladies and gentlemen. It could save your butt in a situation such as this.
Oh yeah, the accuser was charged with false report of a sexual battery, false report of a crime and perjury. She’s sitting in the can because she can’t make her $3,000 bail. Wow!!

It’s happened again and will happen over and over unless these “Sanctuary” locations come to their senses. Come to their senses…how silly.
This time the immigrant was released from the Middlesex County jail in New Jersey. Was there an ICE detainer, yes…was it honored, no, of course not because some politicos think that illegals have the rights of US citizens. Once again all the Sheriff had to do was notify ICE when this creep was being released. ICE could have taken him into custody and three people would be alive today.
The Sheriff blamed everything on ICE. Of course he did. No one wants to take responsibility for foolish actions/activities.
Upon release this evil soul went to Springfield, MO where he and his posse killed 3 people. Oh, he’s in custody after some excellent police work…but did this have to happen?
Hey you sanctuary folks…ICE is there to help, to make the community safer. Just let them do their job. Remember “Serve and Protect?” That means everybody. Even US citizens. What a concept.

A Gwinnett County (GA) comissioner, tommy hunter,demanded he be allowed to cut through a cops funeral procession. A Gwinnett County Police Officer who was gunned down by a ruthless, heartless thug was being escorted to his final resting place.

The officers refused and the jerk became enraged. Cursing at the cops and demanding that they let him through to his road.
He made a pious compliant that the cops wouldn’t let him through until the group passed. Said the cops were “unprofessional.” BALDERDASH!
The sheriff had a press conference where he laid out the facts and the only one being “unprofessional” was the commissioner
When confronted by the press he made a bunch of weak explanations. It was a bad day, my hemorrhoids were itchy, blah, blah, blah.
We just had an election. One must ask…how do these idiot’s get elected?

Sheriff mike reese (D-I don’t cooperate with ICE) is at it again. This time he released an illegal immigrant who was in jail for felony Domestic Abuse. The charges were dismissed. The wife wouldn’t testify. How many times have we all heard this? Plenty!!
When questioned as to why he didn’t contact ICE he blamed the whole matter on them. Said they couldn’t enforce a detainer request. State law and all.
Sheriff, there’s NOTHING in the law that says you can’t notify ICE when you are releasing a violent felon/illegal immigrant.
You may recall this upholder of justice in previous Cop’s Perspective blogs. He’s the guy that let an illegal out of the slammer. This jag went on to rape and rob 2 elderly women.
He’s also the goof who took down the “Blue Lives Matter” flag from the officer’s break room in the courthouse.
There’s a ballot initiative Nov 6th that would invalidate the OR law that supposedly prevents law enforcement from assisting ICE. If there’s any sanity left the measure should pass. A number of victim’s could have been prevented if only the sheriff’s called ICE to let them know when these bad guys were being released.
