NY Governator Relaxes Parole Standards…No More Return To Prison Due To “Technical” Violation’s

The NY governor recently signed a bill that all but eliminates parole. This legislation gives most of those on parole a series of loopholes so they don’t have to go back to the “joint.” She calls them “Technical” violations. You know like dropping a dirty urine, not reporting and absconding. Oh yeah a bunch of property crimes will not make the bad guy go back to the can.

She says these mopes have already served their sentences, well no they haven’t. She also said, “It makes the communities safer…” What?

Last week a creep on parole hacked a woman to death. He had a number of violations that, under the former system, would have rolled his azz back to confinement. Not now. I’m sure all New Yorkers feel safer now that these folks are out and running the streets.

Wonder how the family of the woman hacked to death feels…safer, I’m sure.

Baltimore Continues It’s Deadly Path To Over 300 Murders This Year…Thanks mosby

How could such a great city like Baltimore become a killing ground? How ’bout lack of prosecution for “low level drug crimes.”

Ms mosby, in her attempt to break all murder records has steadfastly refused to prosecute some drug crimes. I’ve seen a lotta folks killed over a small amount of dope.

Since 2000 only 32% of murder cases have been filed. Many of those result in a plea to a lesser offence. The average time in jail is about 2 years. What that really means is less than a year. This equates to a lotta “runnin’ n’ gunnin'” by drug fueled killers.

Here’s an idea…additional homicide detectives to thoroughly investigate these crimes. Better yet, a gun squad to get illegal guns off the streets. Just a thought.

SCOTUS To Determine Officers Use Of Force Option, Brief Filed To Overturn 10th Circuit Decision

Oh those black robed folks are continuing to make being a cop even harder. In Tahlequah, OK three cops went to an address when called by the ex-wife. Said he’s in the garage and won’t leave.

As cops do they went to the garage and attempted to talk to a raving lunatic who was waving a large hammer. The cops attempted to de-escalate and have the goof drop the hammer. No dice and no dropped hammer either. The result being a fool who would not cooperate and cops who shot and killed the hammer wielding nutjob.

As with any slip and fall ambulance chaser, the estate sued. It was thrown out. The estate appealed and the 10th circuit remanded the case back to the district level saying the cops may have provoked the incident. I watched the bodycam video…didn’t look like the cops had any choice.

Must have taken a lot of chin-rubbing and ceiling gazing to reach that conclusion. Oh yeah, this occurred in 2016. The case is set for the fall session of the Supremes. How many of us have been on a call that went from “routine” to “Bat Guano” crazy in a matter of seconds.

In san fran, The “Brain trust” Wants To Give Gangster $$ Not To Shoot Each Other

In the enlightened city of san fran the council for something or another came up with another, just brilliant, idea. How ’bout we pay you 300 “scoots” not to shoot each other.

Here’s an idea…since you goofs have identified the top ten 8-balls who may/will shoot each other how about getting these idiots off the streets. Gonna bet that most, if not all, of these creeps have wants/warrants. Have the cops gently apprehend them when they’re “on the nod” after shooting “hair-ron.”(Cops out there will understand)

The only folks gonna benefit from this silly program is the liquor store and the dope dealer. Oh, I almost forgot, also getting their fingers in the pie are a bunch of “community programs” designed to help the community. At least that what they profess.

A bunch of political hacks, throwing money at a problem. Here’s a bulletin for ya…it doesn’t work.

I can see it now. These “at risk” fools shoot each other. “Man, I can’t live on $300.” What’s next…gift cards for shoplifters?

cuomo Refers Cop Killer To Parole Board

Some of the oldies here will remember the 1.6M robbery of a Brinks truck in New York back in October 20, 1981. A heist planned and executed by the “weather underground” a conglomeration of nutjob revolutionaries who claimed to need the $$ to further their activities.

The truck these wipes drove was stopped at a roadblock in Nyack, NY. The ho driving the truck said the guns scared her. The cops relaxed for a fraction of a second only to be met with automatic weapons fire. The result is 2 dead cops and a Brink’s guard, killed during the robbery.

Another Good Judge Tosses Murder Charges Against 3 Honolulu Cops

Last week a Judge in Honolulu threw out the bogus murder and attempted murder charges against 3 Honolulu cops.

The incident that lead up to the shooting was some meth amped teen age jackstick who committed a bunch of crimes around town. Including burglary and a couple armed robberies. When the cops tried to stop the banditos they ran and eventually crashed.

**Car used by dodo’s to attempt to run over cops. Cops shoot, prosecutor charges and Judge throws out the case. Cops back on the job, bad guy 10-7**

The cops surrounded the car and order the fools to stop these shenanigans. Did they listen, of course not. They tried to gangster their way out of this situation by running into the police cars and attempting to run over the cops.

The cops would have nothing to do with this silliness and they shot the driver who was declared DRT. After a bunch of investigations by a bunch of multi lettered agencies the cops were cleared…as they should be.

The soros prosecutor took the case to the Grand Jury…no dice. The clone then wrote an information and charged the cops.

The Judge took one look at the stupid case and tossed it (See Tennessee vs. Gardner) Good call Judge!

Blackwell (OK) LT has Manslaughter Charge Tossed By Judge.

In Kay County, OK a district judge tossed a stupid indictment by that county’s DA. The indictment charged a Blackwell LT with murder/manslaughter after he shot and killed a crazed woman who was driving around town shooting a semi-automatic pistol.

As the cops were trying to stop her she shot at the police cars. One car was disabled after a round went through the radiator. It’s obvious to everybody, except the DA that this nutjob was going to continue her deadly activities until she was 10-7ed.

Well that’s exactly what happened. The LT put an end to her foolishness. As per usual the case was investigated by the OK B of I and a couple other agencies. The investigations revealed NO excessive use of force and the shooting was within the law and department policy.

The dumb azz DA opened a can of worms. The community and national support has been nothing less than stellar. Check out FB page “We Stand For John Mitchell.”

Give WI Deputy A Break…Milwaukee Judge Charges Former Cop Joe Mensah. Knock It Off Already!!

Former ‘Tosa cop and current Waukesha County (WI) Deputy has been charged by some looney Milwaukee County judge with murder. This as a result of the warped interpretation by the judge of an incident Officer Mensah was involved with in 2016! In that confrontation with a teenager at 2:30 AM Officer Mensah shot and killed the jerk after he lunged for a weapon. The firearm was located on the seat of the car next to the jr. gangster. What the hell was the cop supposed to do? Get shot? Offer the little twerp a doughnut? No, he did as he was trained to do…eliminate the threat.

One cannot help but wonder the family non-involvement and teachings that would lead this youthful offender to run the streets with a loaded gun. In today’s world it’s never the fault of the offender but rather the cop who’s charged with the peace and serenity of the jurisdiction he is sworn to protect.

It is interesting to note that all of Officer Mensah’s actions on that early morning contact were reviewed by a number of governmental agencies. This included a review by the former U.S. Attorney. No policy, law or civil rights violations were found. A good shoot.

So lets just let this fine man get on with his life and stop all further BS investigations and charges. He’s been through enough and does not need to face a biased and unfair justice system.

Wonder if this mentally challenged judge would sentence the late subject of this Officers contact had the little S*&% shot and killed Joe Mensah? Humm.

Detroit Woman Has New “Benz” Pinched…Tracks Down Thief.

And now from beautiful, downtown “Motown” our “Cop’s Perspective” reporter has a tale about a young entrepreneur who purchased a new “Benz” Model C…about 60K.

Shortly after the purchase it was stolen by some jr gangster. The victim took to the social media network and tracked her car to several locales. By the time she got there the car and the thief had bounced. She persevered and finally tracked her car to a strip mall.

**Car thief being hauled out of a barber shop. He went in to get his “dreads” twisted and got his butt “twisted” outta there. Great Job!!**

She hustled to the location and walked into the barber shop. She asked one little twerp who was getting his dreads “twisted”…”Is that your Benz?” The weasel proudly announced in the affirmative. At this point she grabbed him by his dreads and pulled his 18 year old azz outta that barber shop and held him for the DPD. He was taken into custody and will be released shortly. Oh yeah, this creep has a long record of property crimes. Pretty tough to be a bad azz gangster when you’re drug out of a barber shop by a 130 LB woman. Wonder if she’d be interested in a position with the DPD? Carry On!
