Brockton, MA SRO Did Not Violate Any Laws Or Policy When He Kneeled On Suspects Back

You may recall the School Resource Officer in MA pictured placing his knee on the upper back of some chump arrested for fighting and causing an affray.

The cop saw some kids fighting on school property. He went to break it up. As usual there’s a loudmouth know it all who took a swing at the cop. The officer gained control of the fool and whilst in the handcuffing process placed his knee on the little darlings upper back. To the unknown this is taught as a method of securing a prisoner by almost every police department in the country.

After the goof was cuffed the cop got up and assisted the suspect to his feet. He had his knee on this guys back for 2-4 seconds. What’s the beef? In todays spun up world of equality and proper pronouns cops are always under the microscope. An investigation by a bunch of city and county officials and groups found the cop did everything right. So there. Don’t be so quick to jump on something as insignificant as some kids throwing hands.

One “news reader” in Boston looked into the camera with his most serious and concerned gaze and said…”This looks bad, given the historical context.”

Oh Pleeeze.

Yeah those. Put in by one of the councilboobs that is looking for a “holistic” approach to curb the outrageous and exceedingly frequent drivebys.

As outlined in Cops Perspective (10/11/21) the goof who wanted the barrel’s placed in this high crime ‘hood is the same nutjob that wants to permanently disband the PPB. She thought that placing the traffic devices would slow speeders and stop the constant shootings. Here’s an idea, why not put those no gun stickers on the barrels. That’ll scare off the hoodlum element.

As one might suspect the large orange barrels had no effect on the speeders or the shootings. In fact the shootings went up. Great idea. What will stop this you ask? A political spine and a revised vision of crime…yes, these jerks are responsible for their action and must be held accountable. Without that all you have is an increasing crime rate and a bunch of big orange barrels with a no gun sticker and a bunch of bullet holes.

8 Columbus (OH) Cops Sued By Violent Felon For Excessive Force…”It’s My Payday.” Not Given Anything By Fed Jury

Finally, a jury verdict we can all agree with. A violent felon wanted on a warrant for Assaulting an Officer didn’t want to go along with the program. He actively and viciously resisted. It took 8 cops to bring this guy down. Some of the officers said he had super human strength…a common trait for one who’s high on PCP.

The cops were all found to be within policy and the law when the incident was reviewed by CPD. The howl went up…racist, excessive force you know, the usual jilly-jive. Enter now the ambulance chasing lawyer. He sued for everything. No dice! No money either. If a defendant(s) are ordered to pay even one dollar the atty gets to claim his fees. Not today counselor.

All this goof had to do was submit to arrest as per the warrant. Don’t resist cops…it’s extremely stupid and hazardous to your health. Oh yeah, this jerk is doing two and a half years on the original warrant.

Flagler County (FL) Sheriff Has “Shop With A Cop” Event…After Being Snubbed By target.

Unless you live under a rock with the target corporate goofs you must have heard about how target told Sheriff Staly they would no longer participate in the “Shop With A Cop” program. This activity is funded by the Sheriff’s Office and like minded citizens…no cost to target. In fact the kids spend about $16,000.

The Sheriff was notified by target upper management that they wern’t going to play nice this year. OK, not the smartest thing to do, but OK.

The Sheriff wrote a BEAUTIFUL missive to target’s chairman stating the dismay of everyone due to the company’s lack of interest and support of this exceptional program. He also went directly to Wal-Mart who welcomed the opportunity to participate.

The event went off with kids being picked up in police cruisers and taken to Wal-Mart with the lights flashing and the siren blaring. The caravan went right past the target store. The kids had a great time and shopped for gifts that they probably wouldn’t get.

As a side note, the kids often shopped for their parents and siblings. Great job target on one of the worlds worst public relations blunders…ever!

S.F. Mayor Tells Cops To “Become Aggressive” Says The BS Must Stop

Last week san fran mayor breed told her cops to become more aggressive in order to stop the recent attacks on high end stores. SF cops take heed.

I had ther opportunity to speak to several SF cops. They really want to do their jobs and stop the needless crimes. Crimes that will hurt the progressive city. Visitors will no longer come to the once beautiful city. They will not shop at the upscale locations. Why? Good question. The answer is really simple. The politicians and other fools have turned this place into an open sewer and drug market.

It didn’t get this way overnight. Generations of liberal policies and lax enforcement of the criminal code have had a devastating effect on this city.

Cops are concerned that if they take any enforcement action and the person being arrested/detained squawks loud enough it will be the cops fault. Haven’t we all seen this BS before?

Stupidity squared, Congressboob Says Violent, Coordinated Attacks In CA And Other Locations Didn’t Happen…What?

That’s right…ole’ ping pong eyes says that those attacks that are prominalely played on most cable and legacy media, didn’t really happen. She said that checking the “data”…it just didn’t pan out.

I know she’s in dire need of glasses and has trouble stringing a sentence together. That is without it being written and in front of her but damn…to say that all these attacks are not borne out once the “data” is accessed lacks all sense of cognitive ability.

Maybe I’m being too harsh on this goof. One must remember that she suffered PTSD when the Capitol was taken over. Oh wait, she was at the capitol annex when that happened. Maybe it’s PTSD by osmosis from the other squad members…oh wait, they were all in the annex to.

Maybe they’ll strike at a location in your district. Maybe that’ll wake you up, ah never mind.

Santa Requests A CCW Permit…Drives Some Folks Nutso!

Last week Santa stopped by the El Paso, CO Sheriff’s Office to fill out the necessary paperwork for a CCW. Santa said he wanted it for a Christmas present. The Sheriff’s Office posted a photo of Santa getting his permit. OK, Santa wants a CCW. So what?

The uptighties in cyberspace exploded with faux rage and indignation that Santa would want or need a CCW. It’s just an attempt by the Sheriff to showcase the work of the non-commissioned staff. The outraged responders were outnumbered by about 15 to 1 by sensible people who had positive comments about the sheriff’s office and staff. Lighten up.

Get a life you spun up knuckleheads. You do realize that Santa has to travel to San Fran, Chicago and Baltimore every Christmas. If I was Santa I’d get CCW’s for the reindeer to.

“Wilding” Mobs Spread To Other Parts Of CA. Not Supposed To Call Them Looters…What?

The Looters in SF were so successful they decided to try their luck in LA, San Jose and the SF ‘berbs. This time they also hit pharmacies, jewelers and any other targets of opportunity. A lotta talking heads blame this on the CA Prop. Something or another that makes shoplifting/stealing under $950 a misdemeanor. All in the interest of equality I suppose.

Get this, some inbred elites said we are not to call this organized mayhem “Looting.” They go on to site some goofy law that supposedly defines that crime.

Been my experience with these “expert’s” that when nicked by reality they bleed like hemophiliac’s. Cometh now the governator of CA who tells the mayors to get a handle on this crime surge. Said the CAHP will be deployed to high crime areas where they will write the looter a ticket.

Hundreds overwhelm Upscale Stores In SF…Mayor and Chief Say It’ll Stop…Yawn!

Last Friday over 100 goofs stormed the upscale stores in the SF Union Square district. Louie Vitton, Bloomies and Neiman Marcus to name a few. This appeared to be a well coordinated and planned operation.

If the SFPD had a functioning Intelligence unit they should have known and taken precautions. Ah, guess not.

The cops on the scene said it looked like the Louie Vitton store had been “wiped out” of all it’s merchandise.

The next day the mayor said “we’re gonna make this area safe” and a bunch of other jilly-jive stuff about how (un) safe San Fran is. She just looked like her heart wasn’t in what she was spewing.

The chief said “We’re gonna make it harder for this to happen by limiting access to Union Square.” Here’s an idea…lock these creeps up, you know arrest ’em like you’re supposed to. But then the DA will refuse to charge these jags.

The stores are taking the matter into their own hands…there leaving. Walgreen’s just closed 5 more stores. Pretty soon all that’s left will be a waste land of druggies, homeless and the aroma of an overflowing porta-potty.

2 Seattle Cops Get OK To Sue Council “Nutjob” Via The 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals

2 Back in 2016 two Seattle cops on a surveillance assignment saw a recently released violent felon. The bad guy had a gun in a holster. Both clearly visible to the cops. The officers called for backup and made contact with this violent man. He went for his gun and the cops, whilst employing “De-Escalation” measures went for their weapons. Net result, one less creep to prowl the streets.

This incident was investigated by a bunch of agencies with a lotta letters and found the shooting to be within policy and the law. Case over? Oh no!

A council goof called the cops killers and that the shooting was “A blatant murder at the hands of Police.”

The cops, their family and friends were subject to harassment and death threats. Did they falter? Hell no! They sued this deranged cop hater. It was thrown out at the district level. The cops appealed, the 9th Circuit remanded the case back for trial.

The cops only sued the hater individually, not the council. The cops said they do not want one penny of city $$…but wouldn’t mind if “ms. porta-potty mouth” loses her shorts!
