St. Louis Circus Attorney Fails To Send Prosecutor To Killers Trial. Case Dismissed By Judge

In another misstep by the STL circuit atty. she failed to send a prosecutor to the trial of an accused killer. The suspect, a career criminal, fled to AR and TX after being charged. Upon capture by the Marshals Task Force this jag was returned to STL to stand trial.

Not to worry. The circuit atty, in true soros fashion, failed to send a prosecutor to the court. Not once or twice but three times. The public defender asked for a dismissal and the judge agreed. The right decision by the judge…bad for the citizens.

In a response from news outlets gardner said…” We will revisit our policies to see that the people are served, blah, blah.” What about when this guy kills another person? Ah yes, the city’s finest prosecutor who can’t even attend to a murder case. God help us.

LAPD Cops Shoot Man Pointing Fake Gun…Activist Gripe

LAPD cops called to a “man with a gun” incident on the walk of fame. You know where the movie stars names are etched into the sidewalk. Used to be pretty cool, now overrun with homeless and druggies.

The cops arrive and a fool is pointing what appears to be a gun, at the dwindling number of tourists and the cops. OK, it’s time to de-escalate. “Put down the gun, we’re here to help, we don’t want to do this, YOU don’t want to do this.” All for naught. This goof continues to point the look-a-like weapon at police. As the subject becomes more agitated and aggressive the cops shoot and he is DRT. Investigation reveals that it’s not a real gun…but could damn sure pass for one.

Once again, the ever offended crowd, gets their panties in a wad and wails and whines about not properly de-escalating, it was not a real gun etc. blah, blah.

This will slip into history’s back page soon enough but other incidents like this will happen. Just do what the cops tell you and everything will be OK and you, the offender, won’t be dead.

PA Cops Remove 2 Exorcists From Home Depot Lumber Aisle

Cops get called to all manner of nutty things but don’t ever recall hearing of anyone being called to an exoticism. Especially in a Home Depot. Thats what happened Monday at the Home Depot in Dickson City, PA.

The Constabulary was summoned saying 2 people were “acting strangely” in the stores lumber section.

When the cops arrived they saw 2 souls, dressed out in long black robes. The folks were moaning, chanting and weaving over the 2X4’s attempting to exorcise the trees and the lumber from which they came. Sounds kinda silly…but harmless. The individuals were escorted from the Home Depot without incident and no arrests were made. Its unclear if the evil spirits were excised back to hell.

Someone said they’d light a candle for the trees at Lowe’s. Sounds like the right thing to do.

Bronx Shooter, Another Creep Out On Parole

Remember that Bronx shooter who shot his intended target…and almost shot 2 kids? Yeah, that one. What we have here is another violent felon out on parole for an attempted murder conviction back in 2017. He was charged with an armed robbery in 2020. He did a total of 2 1/2 years on the attempted murder and is on parole until 2023. But wait, there’s more.

Whilst walkin’ paper (parole) he committed another armed robbery. That case is winding it’s way through the court system. Let’s see, a violent felon with a pending case…shouldn’t this wipe be in the joint? You’d think so…but we’d be wrong.

This was the shooting where the triggerman almost shot 2 kids. They scrambled out of the way and by the grace of god weren’t hit by this crazed fool.

The main purpose of a government is to keep its citizens safe. On this one the state of new york gets a big F.

Portland “Reinstitutes” Gun Unit

What with murders and shootings up triple digits the Portland brain trust says…”Let’s start that gun crime unit back up, you know the one we did away with in the interest’s of …no one”

Since the once beautiful city has become a nightmare for residents and a Disneyland for criminals the gun unit was re-activated. Not in it’s past configuration, oh no. The cops will be in uniform and through ESP they will identify potential suspects as well as victims. Humm.

The cops will not be allowed to speak with or approach these folks but will identify them for “violence interrupters”…what ever the hell that is.

The bad guys will then be approached by these folks and given an “intensive intervention” another activity that needs to be explained. Oh yeah, the cops will be overseen by a group of community activist headed by an ex(?)-gang member. Don’t think I’d like to be in that unit, how about you?

Murdered NMSP Widow Sues DPS For Negligence

Been away for a few weeks…Let’s get to it!

The wife of former NMSP Officer Darian Jerrott, killed by a violent felon(see cop’s perspective 4/25/21) is suing the New Mexico Dept. Of Public Safety. She says the DPS in conjunction with the US Dept. Of Homeland Security sent her husband to an early death. The unknown and unnamed folks asked him to stop this extremely violent bad guy without any info on just how bad he was. Humm, I’d like to know that myself.

Her husband was sent to conduct this “High Risk” stop…alone. His SGT and several other cops knew the stop would be risky. The DHS was also involved and wanted to protect a snitch. OK make the stop as a felony with the appropriate manpower and equipment. Oh yeah, shortly after Jarrott was murdered a DHS armored vehicle rolled up. Why wasn’t this used during the stop?

Officer Jarrott’s wife filed the lawsuit on behalf of her and her children. She was pregnant at the time of the murder. Hope she gets a lotta $$$ but I’m gonna bet she’d rather have her husband back. Somebody’s got a bunch of tough questions to answer. Let’s all hope this doesn’t happen again.

Update On ATL Councilboob Who Really Doesn’t Want To Defund APD

Yesterdays post involved an Atlanta law-maker/law-breaker who’s $100,000 ride was purloined by a bunch of bratty kids. The mayoral candidate said about the lads…”this was a circumstance of these kids operating within whatever they felt was necessary for their own survival.” HUH?

You may ask yourself just what in the hell is this goof talking about. Seems like another bunch of meaningless words to appease a loving press. Wonder what the response to what happened would be something like…Where are the parents or baby mamma to these little weasels. Why are they out running the streets and not in school or in some type of supervised activity. Wait a minute, that would take away the “You’re not responsible for your actions” defense.”

Now, about that $73M this bozo wants to take from the police budget. He said it’s going into an escrow account until the APD can be “reimagined” (Aren’t you tired of hearing that?) In this case escrow means the politicians would use the funds to purchase gold toilet seats and other necessary items in furtherance of good government. Kiss the $$ goodbye. Escrow, yeah sure.

ATL Councilboob Has Mercedes Stolen Whilst At Dunkin’ Ribbon Cutting

Last week a cop hating Atlanta councilboob was officiating at a ribbon cutting ceremony. He left his $100,000+ Mercedes unlocked. A group of youthful lads decided they wanted the “ride.” They took off with the cop-hater hanging on the door. He said he had to fall off the car before he was killed. Sound familiar?

The cops were called and arrived about 45 minutes later. The “victim” was irate. He happened to be the victim of a crime and demanded that the cops respond immediately. Wait a second…isn’t this the guy that introduced and lobbied for a reduction of mucho millions of $$ from the police budget? You know, he wants to “reimagine” the APD. Why yes it is. Funny how that works out.

Not to worry. This mope may not be around long. You see he’s under indictment by the federalies for bank/wire and mail fraud. Seems he claimed unrealized income for loans and then insisted that he was the “victim”, once again, of identity theft. What with the crime rates going through the roof in ATL the city administrators are, dare I say, “reimagining” the police budget. Yup, sure is funny how those things work out!

Chicago Has 94 Killers Out On Bond…No Wonder The Homicide rate Is Excessive

Get this…In Chicago 94 criminal defendants charged with taking the life of another are out on bail. But wait, they’re being monitored with ankle bracelets. We all know just how well that works.

To date Chicago has had 241 homicides and 1379 shootings. No wonder the rate is so damn high. These people need to be secured from society. That’s why we have jails and penitentiaries.

The Sheriff of Cook County has pleaded with the States Attorney’s Office and judges to do just that. Any luck? Not much, the chief judge is an advocate of …”the least restrictive pre trial conditions.” Great judge, just great!

The good men and women of the CPD make the arrest. If they can get the States Attorney to issue on the case at hand the creep goes before a judge. In many cases they’re turned loose to prey, once again, on the citizens. Great job folks.

Another thing that makes a cop want to go to work is the support (NON) of the mayor. mayor lightweight recently said “The people of Chicago are traumatized by the misconduct and violent actions of the CPD.” Hey mayor, get a grip. All these silly statements and “touchy, feely” BS just isn’t working. Ya think you could recognize and appreciate the city’s Police Officers? Ah, never mind.

Waukesha Deputy/Former ‘Tosa Cop Under The Microscope…Again

Remember ‘Tosa cop Joseph Mensah, the guy who shot and killed three knuckleheads. The one that confronted the lowlifes after they pulled or went for a gun? That’s right, well he’s under pressure from the blm and antifa crowd who want yet another investigation. An investigation into what? The fact that he DRT’d three slimeballs from the lower end of the gene pool? We already know that. We also know that he was investigated by the Wisconsin Bureau of Investigation, the Milwaukee District Attorney’s office and an exhaustive probe by the former US Attorney.

This fine man was unjustly accused of all manner of criminals violations by the “goofy” crowd. Seems there is never a mention of the personal responsibility and adherence to the criminal codes. What were these unsupervised creeps doing with guns and running wild when they were teenagers? What about the crying and emotional family members who let this happen. Nothing, nothing at all.

The “activist” sued. Joseph Mensah responded with an even larger suit. Hell, he was almost killed by a shotgun blast during a protest at his girlfriends house.

He left the ‘Tosa PD and was hired by the Waukesha Sheriff’s Office. He’s busy protecting and serving. Let’s give this guy a break and let him get on with life. Haven’t you detractor had you’re 15 minutes.
