NAACP Calls On City To Declare State Of Emergency

In Oakland, CA the local chapter of the NAACP has asked the city to declare a state of emergency due to the astronomical crime rate. Violent crime in the city has increased by over 90% in the last year.

All this whilst the leaders cut 17M from the police budget. Cops are leaving Oakland like the sports teams. The city has a budget for about 800 cops. There are currently about 650. Hummm. Lets take a closer look.

The current DA is a soros supported, hug a thug, thought process kinda mindset. She offered a fool who shot and killed 3 people 15 yrs. Stopped the use of criminal enhancements and has dropped a number of felonies to misdemeanors. There must be consequences for one’s outlandish behavior. If not properly enforced the offenders feel they have no worries about a vigorous prosecution. This only emboldens criminal behavior.

Kinda funny how everybody in Oakland, including the NAACP wanted to defund the cops. OK, ya got your wish. Now everyone wants justice…whatever that is. What kind of cops and prosecutors do you want? It’s up to the voter’s and they got just what they wanted. Hope everyone is happy.

Update On SE Regional Fugitive Task Force Officers Charged With Manslaughter

You may recall the shooting death of a fugitive in Atlanta back in OCT, 2016. The Task Force was in pursuit of a bad guy wanted for attempted arson and assaulting an Officer (Atlanta). See “Cops Perspective” 10/29/21

They found out where the fugitive was hiding and converged on the apartment. The Officers pleaded with the goof to give up and nothing would happen. That’s the way most/some of the arrests go…Not this one. The fool shot at the cops several times and the cops returned fire. Net result one dead bad guy.

Now cometh the investigations. The DOJ and GBI cleared the cops involved. That’s not enough for the Fulton County DA. He got them indicted about 5 years after the shooting incident.

Through a bunch of legal wrangling the case was transferred to Federal Court where the Marshal and the Clayton County Officer asked for qualified immunity.

The bad guy’s mother held a demonstration outside of the courthouse. About 15 people showed up. Guess most folks lose interest in an incident that occured in 2016.

Once again, all you have to do is comply. What’s so hard about that?

U of Idaho Murder Suspects Attys File Bogus Claim That Cops Planted DNA

If ya got nothin’ blame the cops. The attorneys representing the killer charged in the murders of four students in Moscow, ID claim that the DNA evidence found in the death house was planted by the cops. On its face, this is a totally ridiculous claim.

The DNA on a hunting knife carrying case snap was properly recovered by law enforcement. The goof, mistakenly, left the knife case behind after he completed his twisted and perverse crime. Through the investigative process the DNA matched the killer by a Ga-Zillion to 1. Pretty damn good physical evidence.

The slimeballs attorneys say the evidence was planted on the carrying case snap as well as other items of evidence recovered at the scene. The evidence recovery was done by professionals who know their trade. The claim will be shown to be totally false and the trial of the suspecdt will proceed. The death penalty is certianly appropriate. Let’s hope that’s the call of the judge and jury.

Profile In Courage, Michigan State Police Pull “Barbie” Recruiting Post

Always thought the MSP was a professional outfit. Had the opportunity to interact with them on several occasion’s. Professional, dedicated and driven to catch the bad guys.

The MSP recently put up a recruiting social media post about “Barbie” being a Trooper. The next day the post was taken down. The explanation being …”The MSP social media team values the contributions of our female members and out of respect for them we have removed our previous post.” Gonna throw the major BS flag here!

**Caption on this post was, “When you join the MSP you can be anything, blah, blah” Guess you just can’t be a “Barbie” and be a Mich. Troope**r. **Grow up people!**

I gotta ask, what the hell is wrong with this post. Maybe the governator squaked because she is getting a lotta mileage out of the resurgence in “Barbie.”

There are life-sized dolls with the likeness of the gov. One shows her in a pink pantsuit and a pink ‘vette. How cheeky!

Pull up your big girl panties and put this post back on the MSP social media sites. What the hell is wrong with you spineless leaders?

Metro Nashville PD Gives Classy Salute To Officer Killed In The Line Of Duty

Back in July, 2004 a MNPD Officer was killed whilst attending to a traffic accident. Officer Christy Jo Dedman was struck by a tractor trailer and killed.

On the 19th anniversary of her death the MNPD saluted this fine Officer by having the riderless horse kneel in front of her grave. The riderless horse signifies the missing rider. The boots are turned backwards in the stirrups so the rider can review and give a final goodbye to their friends and associates.

The message is for motorist to be aware of emergency vehicles on the side of the road. When the flashing lights are seen the driver must move to the right. Failure to do so could endanger the lives of Officers and others at the scene.

2 Milwaukee FPC Members Resign In A Huff…Bye, Bye

2 Milwaukee Fire and Police Commissioners quit. They claimed that a new and improved WI law gives the right and duty to formulate policies and procedures to the Police and Fire Chiefs. In essence the new law takes away the power to mess with both the Police Department and the Fire Department. The 2 crybabies got their panties in a wad and quit. Good thing to.

The two spoiled brats wanted to dismantle and eventually abolish the PD. One Commissioner, amanda avaols, posted anti-cop and hateful tweets and Instagram messages.

This is one of the more sensible laws passed by any state legislature, anywhere. Who best to make policies and procedure’s? The police and fire professionals or a cop hating board that wants to abolish the cops. I’ll take my chances on the chiefs, thank you.

Man Walks Into Nail Salon, Demands $$, Customers Yawn

A fool in Atlanta walked into a nail salon with his hand in a bag. He thought he’d scare the customers into upping their cash and jewelry. He demanded everyone comply or he’d shoot. “I’m not kiddin'” he stated.

One woman got up and leisurely strolled out. Other waiting customers continued scrolling through their phones and the like.

The faux gunman, getting frustrated, demanded, once again that everyone give him their $$ and other items of value. One customer farted.

The exasperated hold-up man then left the establishment. Potential victims say he had the look of total defeat and dejection. He shook his flakey head and bounced. Once outside he looked up and down the plaza wondering …”just what in the hell I’m I gonna do now?” Here’s a tip. Being an armed robber ain’t for you. Get a job!

Chicago Man Charged With Killing, Torturing Cats

A goof in Chicago has been charged with microwaving a kitten. In addition he tortured and killed at least 5 more cats. He was taken into custody after his (ex) girlfriend turned him in.

The cat killer named all the dead cats Shelly. Hummm, a former lover? This brings up the question…who in the hell could love this creep?

He’s currently in custody and will probably get more time than if he knocked a human. I understand the angst of animal lovers from the four corners of the world. They’ll be demanding that he be hung, immediately. Can’t say I disagree.

Remember all you animal abusers out there…stay away from the drugstore that we all see on almost every corner ,of any city. Remember when the drug laws were enforced? Everything seemed a lot better.

NC Trooper Shot Helping Stranded Motorist. Vest stopped .357 Round, Trooper Returned Fire…Bad Guy 10-7 With Mileage

In the beautiful state of North Carolina a State Trooper stopped to help, what he thought, a stranded motorist. That what Troopers do…write speeding tickets, make accident reports and help stranded motorists.

Apparently this jackwagon didn’t want any help and had a viable dislike of law enforcement. The suspect immediately pulled a .357 revolver and cranked off a round into the Troopers chest. The Trooper got a second chance at life because the vest stopped the round. The bad guy wasn’t so lucky. The Trooper returned fire thus rendering the jag DRT!

The District Attorney of Buncombe County (think Asheville), upon reviewing the dashcam video cleared the Trooper of any and all potential charges. This occurred within a couple weeks of the shooting. Seems like that’s the way all OIS incidents should be handled.

Man In Biwabik, MN, Running From Cops Jumps Into Old Freezer…Big Mistake

Waaaay up north (think Duluth) a man hiding from the cops jumped into an old style freezer. The freezer was located in an abandoned house and there has been no electricity since 2021. Apparently the fugitive lived in the abandoned crib for quite some time.

The local cops were alerted to the fugitive and began an area search. Fearing capture the goof secreted his bad self in the old freezer…one problem. If you get stuck in one of those old jobs you can’t get out. You see, they lock when closed and there is no safety release on the interior.

The incident is being investigated by a bunch of multi lettered units. This didn’t have to happen. If the guy on the run would have turned himself in he’d be out in a few days. Hell, if it was Minneapolis, they’d throw him a banquet.

Remember all you druggies out there…dope makes you do really stupid stuff. You know, like trying to hide in an old freezer!
