    1. Why no. Why would you ask such a ? We all know the war on drugs is a total farce. This country has neither the backbone or the will to properly execute a “War” on drugs…,or anything else for that matter. Ken Dye

  1. Just curious as to why you used Davis CA. Officer Natalie Corona’s pic for the stay alert and stay alive caption. The sentence underneath about being one lucky cop, unfortunately did not pertain to her. She was ambushed at an accident scene by some nut riding up on a bicycle. Natalie’s Dad is a retired Deputy and may follow the Blue Lives Matter page, and may perceive this as I did. I’m not criticizing, but thought maybe this was just an oversight with (sadly) so many police shootings. Thanks for listening.

    1. Yes Dave, I am aware of the circumstances surrounding her untimely death at the hands of some creep who probably should have been in Jail! I requested permission to use her photo on any number of cops perspective posts. I got her history from the family. All she ever wanted to be was a cop. I did a cops perspective on her. I’ll dig it up and forward it.

I feel that she personifies all cops. Awaiting your reply. Ken

        1. I reread your comments. 1. It was NOT an oversight. Once again, I feel, as many others do, that this brave and dedicated officer is the heart and soul of any cop, anywhere and anytime.

          2. You indicate the cop was “Lucky”…also pls note the cop was referred to as “SKILLED.”

          3. A cop going into any situation has a slight idea of what he/she is walking into. This is where the “skill” comes in. I know Officer Carona didn’t have chance…like a lot of other cops throughout the country. May god hold them in his hands and give them peace.
          4. I don’t understand your chagrin about this post. It is meant to remind ALL officers that there is evil out there and people who want to kill you. Hence, STAY ALERT-STAY ALIVE. 10-7
