FL GOV Transfers Cop-Killer Case To Prosecutor Who Will Seek Death Penalty

On JAN 9th Orlando Police LT Debra Clayton approached a wanted felon. The Parolee shot and killed LT Clayton in cold blood. He later bragged about it on his Facebook page.

After an extensive man hunt this dirty bastard was tracked down and arrested.

Next up, court proceedings. That’s how the system works. The prosecutor announced at a new conference…”I have given this issue extensive, painstaking thought and consideration and determined that it is not in the best interest of the community not to pursue the death sentence.” What??

I wonder what thoughts traveled through LT Clayton’s mind before she was so viciously shot and killed. Save the “Careful Consideration” crapola for your friends and the sour apple martini set. The taxpaying public wants and demands justice. The’re sure not getting it from you.

That’s bullshit!! This scum bag killed a police officer and needs to rot on FL’s death row.

Apparently the Governor thought the same. He relieved her of her duties in prosecuting the case and assigned it to a neighboring jurisdiction where the prosecutor will seek the death penalty.

Perhaps LT Clayton can rest a little easier knowing that her killer will be tried with the death penalty on the table.

May the family of LT Clayton and the men and women of the Orlando Police Department find peace.

Portland Fire Chief-A Portrait In Courage

The’re at it again in Portland. After all the demonstrations and riots after the presidential election the little snowflakes represented by a group of pampered pansies claimed that during the protests one of their members was hurt and it took too long for medical attention. The protester probably got a “butthurt” from seeing the Portland police in riot gear. (see cop’s perspective, 2/23/17)

The fire chief, after much chin rubbing and reading his tea leaves decided to embed EMT’s with the police during any future protests. That way they would be able to get to an injured party quicker. Prior to this fire and EMT units were placed several blocks away from the activity.

Sounds good and makes sense. Hey wait just a minute.

The same group that griped about EMT’s tepid response continued to whine about EMT’s wearing riot gear and being located within the police ranks. What.

The same group that wanted a faster response time is now complaining about the EMT’s being with the police. Said …”it shows that they are with the police and not the fire department.”

Caving to the pressure group the chief took the EMT’s out of the police deployments during pending unrest.

Couple questions pop up here.

Do the crybabies want a quick medical response?
Do the crybabies not want the EMT’s embedded with the police?
Just what in the hell do these fools want?

Apparently they want a quick response without the EMT’s being close to the medical issue.

Whatcha gonna do chief, whatcha gonna do?

New Video, Michael Brown Jr.-Part 2

I happened to be watching Fox News and the broadcaster was interviewing a guy who made a film that he says will disprove everything about the MBJ investigation. He claimed the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney, Bob McCoulloch, influenced the investigation. Don’t have any idea how that may have happened. He would have to had some say over the 40 FBI agents and the civil right attorneys from the justice department. This, on it’s face is preposterous.

The film maker interrupted the broadcaster a number of time, was screaming and looked like he was amped up on coke or meth.

After he completed his ranting and raving, without making any sense, Bob McColloch appeared and in his cool, calm and collected way refuted all of this goofs accusations.

The only thing the “filmmaker” is trying to do is pump up his movie that played at a film festival in Texas. Additionally, he opened old wounds and inflamed a segment of the population who believe the whole incident was not properly investigated and prosecuted.

A review of the statements of a number of witnesses and the grand jury testimony clearly show the facts and circumstances surrounding this case and did not warrant prosecution. State or Federal.

Hey dude, shut up already. If the FBI and the justice department concluded that Officer Darren Wilson acted within the law.

It is my hope that this does not result in another riot. May all involved find peace.

New Video of Michael Brown Jr. at the Ferguson Market- He Still Didn’t have To Die.

Oh wow, a new clip from the Ferguson Market shows MBJ in the store about 11 hours before he pulled that stupid stunt and tried to grab then Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson gun.

The video purportedly shows Brown giving the clerk a small quantity of marijuana. The clerk then looks at the package and gives it back to Brown. At this juncture ,Brown, refuses to take a bag full of cigarillos. OK, so what.

Browns mother says …”it’s all a misunderstanding. He was only collecting the cigarillos for a previous drug transaction.” Oh really. So what his mother is saying that in addition to being a strong arm thief and a person who, foolishly, fights with a police officer and attempts to grab the officers weapon, he’s also a dope dealer. Well that’s just great Lezlee, (Brown’s mother).

Soon after the clip was shown on St. Louis TV the blm crew came out and “demonstrated” in front of the Ferguson Market. Demonstrating for , oh, I don’t know…something, anything.

The court date for the lawsuit against the city of Ferguson and Darren Wilson is now scheduled for OCT. Why don’t we all step back, take a deep breath and let this thing play out in Federal Court. No wait, that’s using rational thinking. How silly of me. One more thing. He really didn’t have to die. All he had to do was comply with Officer Wilson. Not attack him. Mr. Brown died by his own actions.

Chicago Police Department Revises UOF policy

In late 2015 the CPD and the aclu entered into an agreement where all vehicle and pedestrian stops would be documented and forwarded to the CPD and aclu. One would think that the aclu would only want to review the stops and identify an officer for discipline. Additionally, new guidelines for UOF were issued. A cop could only use force if he/she had a gun to their head and the hammer on the offenders gun was cocked.

To no ones surprise the stops fell by 90%. Who the hell wants to get in trouble for doing their job. The administration of the city and the aclu got their wish. Oh, there was a big flourish of hand shakes, back pats and love hugs. A new era had dawned on the CPD.

It damn sure did. The cops quit making investigative stops and the crime rate, especially murders and other crimes against person reached astronomical levels. Yet all the academic eggheads and experts hailed the plan as forward looking and trend setting.

The only problem is they for got to tell the cops on the street. Keep assigning ill intent to their actions, call them names and degrade the work that is done every day and you’ll get what you ask for. The cops will do what you want…nothing, and who could blame them.

Now, in a burst of hindsight the CPD is staffing a revised UOF policy that would significantly increase the instances where UOF is necessary and required.

The murder rate in Chicago continues to climb. People shoot others over trivial things. Hey Mayor, Chief…get a grip. Let the cops be cops and the crime rate will plummet.

Deep Undercover- Operation Bank Robbery

The television series, Deep Undercover, created by Joe Pistone, better known as “Donny Brasco” will air Operation Bank Robbery this Wednesday on the ESCAPE channel.

This episode tells the story of a bank robbery my partner and I, working as undercover narcotics detectives, were invited to participate in by a father/ son team. A bank in a town about 50 miles south of St. Louis being the target.

The plan is to set off a bomb at a shopping center on the other side of the town. When police officers are attending to the bomb the bank will be taken down.

This well planned and orchestrated robbery had the potential to kill and injure a number of innocent people…including the bank president.

Tune in this Wednesday @10:00 PM EST on the ESCAPE network for this exciting story. I gotta tell ya, it was damn sure exciting for me.

Milwaukee Chief Tells aclu To “Shove it”

The aclu and representatives of blm, in a flamboyant news release, said they were suing the Milwaukee Police Department claiming racism is rampant.

Chief Edward Flynn, at a press conference, dismissed the allegations and said that the department would continue it’s policing practices.

The aclu said that car stops and pedestrian stops in the black community are out of proportion with interactions with white residents. This, on it’s face, shows racism.

The Chief responded by giving figures of black on black crime. These show that aggravated assault, murder and shooting occur more frequently in these areas by a margin of over 200% when compared to other areas of the city. Blacks make up 82% of murder offenders. As such the stops are in line when compared to offenders by race.

The Chief said he will continue to police areas where crime is highest by putting more officers in these areas. Makes a lotta sense to me.

The police union, who doesn’t agree with the Chief on all matters, is totally on board with this.

It is indeed refreshing to see a Chief stand up to the bullying tactics of the aclu and their partners in crime the blm crowd.

My this fine man and the men and women of the Milwaukee Police department continue to “Serve and Protect.”

Thug Shot By Good Samaritan and Thug’s Family’s Response

In Mobile, AL a “baby gangster” was in the process of holding up a Dollar General store. He held a gun to the head of an employee. The victim was in the process of opening the safe.

A customer, who is also the holder of a Concealed Carry Permit, saw what was happening. At this point he drew his gun and told the bad guy to drop his. Did he? Of course not. He was in the process of turning around to fire upon the good Samaritan.

Foolish move on this dodo’s part. Before the errant aspiring criminal could turn the good guy cranked off 5 rounds. Striking the dumb ass in the arm.

The police arrived and took the injured soul into custody. Seems like this bozo was out on bond for another armed robbery.

OK, another youthful offender jammed into an already overburdened justice system and that’s the end of the story for this guy. Not so fast.

A family member of the armed robber told the Mobile Fox affiliate: (Referring to the good guy who shot the armed robber)

“If his life wasn’t in danger, if no one had a gun up to ’em, if no one pointed a gun at him–What gives him the right to think it’s OK to just shoot someone? You should have just left the store and went where ever you had to go…”

HUMmmm, wonder how this kid could even think about holding up stores with a fine family like that.

This guy is a good candidate for the “Dunce of the Month” and it’s only March 1st. Wow.

Dunce Of The Month Club-Feburary

Last month 2 Darwin candidates rode around Dearborn, MI wearing ski masks and displaying military style weapons. Members of the public notified the police and the 2 were stopped and let go after determining the weapons were legal.

A short time later these 2 goofs walk into the Dearborn Police station wearing ski masks, body armor and carrying assault rifles and side arms. They were being live streamed by the third member of this month’s “dunce Club.”

As you might expect the officers drew down on the 2 gun wielding desperadoes and told them to drop the weapons or “I’ll put a round in you!”

After protestations that what they were doing was legal they surrendered their weapons and were taken into custody.

At their arraignment a week later the 2 dim bulbs showed up thinking they would only be charged with misdemeanors. All three or four of their supporters were in attendance as well as the local press.

The 2 were charged with carrying a concealed weapon, brandishing a weapon, resisting arrest and peace disturbance. SURPRISE!! Additionally, the judge ordered the two to have no contact.

What were these idiots thinking? Especially in this day and age where police officers are being ambushed and lured into deadly situations. The’re lucky the Dearborn cops didn’t cancel their ticket.

Ya gotta admit, this is pretty stupid and qualifies for the “Dunce of the Month.” Let’s see what turns up in March. I’m sure we’ll be able to find someone doing something that qualifies them for the prestigious “Dunce of the Month.”
