Baltimore States Attorney Strikes Again

In a juvenile courtroom in Baltimore some little gangbanger is charged with GTA.

The state’s attorney and the public defender discuss what should be done with this little weasel. The state’s attorney, after some serious chin rubbing, decides that giving the defendant another chance would be inline with marilyn mosby’s directives on giving offender’s the benefit of the doubt. In most instances probation and community service are more “restorative” (whatever that is) than detention.

The attorney representing the people of Baltimore and the public defender agree that this lad deserves another chance. Never mind that he is an adept and frequent car thief and burglar. Additionally, never mind that this bozo has NEVER adhered to home confinement and electronic monitoring. The right thing to do…release him to home confinement. “Damn, these folks are easy,” he thinks. “All the BS I’ve been in and I get home confinement. Not for long.”

Later that day he and his posse steal a Jeep and head to Baltimore County to practice their burglary skills.

An alert citizen calls the constabulary advising a suspicious occupied auto.

Baltimore County police officer Amy Caprio is dispatched to investigate the call. A short time latter she is run over and killed by this chump who should have been in custody.

The killer was soon apprehended and a judge at his initial hearing said to the defense attorney…”Your client is a one man crime wave, I’m not sure there’s a facility secure enough to hold him.”

All this grief could have been avoided if marilyn’s minions would only demanded that he be detained.

Let’s Get In Front Of These School Shootings

It happened again. This time in Santa Fe, TX. That’s right another goof wanted to shoot up the school.

First off, let’s not publicize this jerk. Too much appeal to the next weak minded trolls who long for their 15 minutes…at the expense of other kids., Not acceptable.

This one really bothers me, as it should you. usa today actually was thankful that this mopeass used “less lethal” weapons. “Otherwise the death toll would be much higher.” Let’s get this straight, any firearm is a lethal weapon. Less lethal refers to weapons like “Tasers” and rubber bullets.

The “eggheads” will tell us we must look at the psychological make up of the individual(s), ones propensity for this type of act and a lotta other dribble that is theoretical in nature. Will it prevent another incident like the latest one? Probably not.

Here’s something that will prevent this carnage, harden the target. Pretty simple but the push back from the “it’s a violation of my rights'” crowd is inevitable.

Well, here’s a bulletin for those folks. The rights being violated, if any, aren’t going to do the person much good if they are dead.

Just like flying or entering a public building, limit the enterance/exit points and have everybody go through a metal detector.

I can hear the howls now. “It’s too expensive…it won’t work, how are we going to pay for this, etc. ”

Well nothing else has worked so let’s get with the program. I damn sure don’t want my grand kids going to school wondering if they’ll be the next national news headline.

Justice Denied-Cop Killer Released

Sorry I haven’t posted lately. Had my left shoulder rearranged and couldn’t type. All better so let’s roll!

Keeping up with police news I was disheartened to learn that a vicious, heartless cop killer had been released from the NY prison system. herman bell, responsible for the murders of NYPD officers Lauri and Foster in in addition to others that couldn’t be “proved up” in court.

bell, a founding member of the black liberation army, along with his co-hearts were responsible for the killings of NYPD officers in 1972. He was eventually captured and given a life sentence. But, alas, he’s found god, changed his life and is remorseful for his past deeds. Oh yeah, the parole board thinks he’s no longer a threat to society. Well, isn’t that sweet?

After the murders of the NYPD officers this band of traveling thugs made their way to St. Louis. They were stopped by STLMPD officers Larry Tinnell and Rich “Frenchie” Archumbalt and damn near became a “statistic.”

After a running gun battle the assassins were captured. The duty weapons from slain NYPD officers were recovered, pretty much proving that these guys were some bad ass dudes.

The St. Louis cops went to New York and testified in the trial of bell and others.

A friend of mine, former St. Louis PD Detective Larry Tinnell said that while they were in NY they met with the NYPD Chief of Detectives who told him that…”They were the only cops who lived after stopping these guys.”

Let’s hope we don’t go back to the bloody 70’s where in 1974, 284 police officers were killed in the line of duty.

Waffle House Hero

It’s early on a Sunday morning. People are patronizing the Waffle House in Antioch, TN when a deranged killer shot 2 people standing outside the restaurant. He then walked into the business and killed 2 more.

Enter James Shaw Jr. Eating with friends. As the shooter stopped for a moment to look at his weapon, Shaw jumped into action.

He got up and grabbed the weapon from the hands of the shooter. Being grazed by a bullet and burning his hands on the hot barrel. The weapon of choice in this instance being an AR-15.

Upon being disarmed the shooter fled the scene.

Police soon arrived and sorted the situation out. They quickly identified the goof and he was apprehended the following day.

Mr. Shaw denied being a “Hero”…beg to differ sir. A “Hero” in anybody’s book. He saved the lives of a number of patrons and employees of that little Waffle House where people were just eating and visiting with friends and family.

Many thing will be determined about the shooter. Along with a number of reasons why he did this dastardly deed. In the end it’s the bravery and quick action by this fine gentleman who stepped in when the situation required.

Note to Mr. Shaw…Have you ever considered being a police officer? I’m sure Nashville is hiring.

Coral Springs Cops Move Past Deputy’s To Clear Active Shooter Scene.

An “Active Shooter” call goes out over the radio. It’s at the M S Douglas High School in Parkland, FL. Officers on other calls or writing reports stop what they are doing and proceed, code 3, to the school.

Of particular note are several members of the Coral Springs Police Department who arrive on the scene. They observe a Broward County Deputy taking up a defensive position in the event the shooter comes out the door he’s covering.

The Coral Springs cops make a quick determination that the suspect/shooter is or was on the 3rd floor. How you ask? By the bullet holes in the third floor windows. Quickly assessing the situation and entering the building to search for and “neutralize” the shooter and assist those in need. One officer writes in his report that…”the hallway was quiet and had thick smoke from recent gunfire…”

Great call and quick action by the CSPD.

May all involved find peace.

New Law Introduced In CA Assembly

They’re at it again. That’s right the folks in the CA assembly have introduced a new law that changes the wording in the use of force statute from “Reasonable” to “Necessary.”

One would think this is no big deal. Think again. The aclu rubes held a news conference claiming that the new law would make it easier to prosecute cops for their misdeeds. What?

Let’s unwind this. The only thing this stupid law would do is raise the bar for cops involved in OIS’s. This will, no doubt, result in more lawsuits, officer injuries, less policing and more danger to the public.

Emotional pleas that ignore facts make for great press conferences but poor laws. Speakers who use michael brown as an unarmed “child” killed by police lose all credibility.-

About the only thing I can think of is it will allow the sponsors and supporters of this silly legislation to inflame fears and incite anti-police behavior at the many press conferences we know will follow.

Cops are experts at avoiding the use of deadly force. With millions of contacts every day, the use of deadly force is extremely rare. Every cop who has been on the job for any length of time can recite numerous times when they could have used deadly force but de-escaulateed the situation.

Note to bad guys…”Comply, don’t die!”

Kate Steinle’s Killer Sues Federal Goverment

Remember that creep, illegal alien, 7 time convicted felon that shot and killed Kate Steinle in SF? Yeah that one. The one that ICE had placed a detainer on only to be let go to kill this young lady who had so much to offer. All the SF Sheriff had to do was notify ICE when this goof was about to be released. They would have scooped his funky butt and deported him back to Mexico.

No dice. He was released and killed this young woman shortly after.

He was apprehended and charged with a bunch of crimes but only found guilty of being a felony possession of a firearm.

Released for time served. Wow, something’s way wrong with this picture. Enter the US DOJ. They charged this mope with Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Alien Illegally and Unlawfully in the United States in Possession of a Firearm.

According to this Bozo’s attorney’s the Federal charges violate his client’s right to this and that blah, blah. Wait a sec, this guy isn’t a citizen and is/should not be entitled to the rights granted to a US citizen. Oh yeah, one more thing, all this stuff was generated by POTUS and the AG in order to trample his client’s rights. Through his counsel this chump is suing the Federal Government to have his case dismissed.

I hope he’s unsuccessful.

Denver Sheriff Releases Vehicular Homicide Suspect After ICE Requests Notification

There at it again. That’s right, an illegal alien involved in a crash that killed a truck driver was released after fleeing the scene. The bad guy was arrested at his place of abode later. Even after several hours the arrested subject was given a field sobriety test. Of course, he flunked.

The goof was charged with Vehicular Homicide, Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident and DUI. Bond set at $25,000. Kinda low for such a serious offense.

ICE requested that the Sheriff notify them when this scumbag is released. The Denver Sheriff’s Office does honor ICE “requests to notify.”

The suspect quickly made bond and released from the County Jail at 5:28 PM. ICE was notified at 6:33 PM. Funny how that happens since ICE notified them about 24 hours prior. HUmmmn.

The jerk was given a April 2nd court date. I’m sure he’ll make it along with a platoon of flying pigs.

The Sheriff ordered an immediate investigation as to why the subject was released prior to ICE being notified. I’m sure that is great comfort to the real victim, truck driver John Anderson’s friends and family.

San Francisco Shooting From Trunk, What?

Ah, those “dreamers”…and the benefits they bestow on our country. Here’s one that, along with 2 other dreamers attempted to use the 2nd amendment and their right as citizens, oh wait, never mind.

The three “dreamers” held up a couple in SF’s Mission District. The victims hailed a passing police car and relayed the story of the robbery.

The cops quickly ID’d the car used in the robbery and took the driver and passenger into custody without incident. That’s what cops do. Take bad guy’s into custody.

The third “pistoliro” hid in the trunk and fired at the cops who were attempting to talk him out of the trunk and surrender peacefully. He, foolishly, chose to shoot at the cops. Return fire rendered the the trunk, the car and the suspect full of holes.

The local “activists” immediately questioned why the cops had to shoot. Marches and protest followed.

A family member said he hid in the trunk because he didn’t want to be deported. What? Deported from SF? Ain’t gonna happen.

Oh, the cops involved in the shooting are being investigated by five different government agencies. I’m sure one of these investigative arms will find something that the cops did wrong.

Hey “dreamers” don’t shoot at cops and everybody goes home. Pretty simple huh?

MA Troopergate continues, 2 More High Ranking Troopers Retire

Remember the MA Trooper that was ordered by the Director of the MA Troopers to change his report? You know, the one where the suspect in a “Driving Under The Influence” told the Trooper who found heroin in her car said…”Do you know how many people I had to blow to get that?” In addition to offering sexual favors for leniency. (See Cop’s Perspective 1/14/18)

These hasty retirements come after the State Ethics Commission concluded that senior official were involved in ordering 2 Troopers to change their reports.

The MA governator also sided with the Troopers ordered to change their reports. Additionally, those involved in the bogus report could be held criminally liable for Obstruction of Justice, Conflict of Interest as well as several other offences. The point being don’t mess with an investigation because the arrestee is the daughter of a judge.

I recently researched the MA State Police general and special orders in addition to some of ther correspondence put out by various commanders. They all talk about truth and integrity.

Maybe the bosses need a refresher course in both these subjects.
