Minneapolis City Council Wants To Disband Police Department. G-For It!

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com. Ken’s new book, out soon!

In the oh so progressive city of Minneapolis a number of alderboobs want to do away with the cops. They are scratching their collective heads and hand wringing about how to accomplish the task. It’s easy. When you get the votes just make a motion…you know Robert’s Rules. Then make a big announcement and tell the cops not to come to work because there’s no more PD. Wasn’t that simple.

One “Brainiac” wants to replace the cops with”…fresh community-oriented, non-violent public safety and outreach.” Jeeze, that just makes one feel all warm and fuzzy all over. He further said”…we can invest in cultural competency (What ever that is),mental health training, de-escalation (there’s that word again) and conflict resolution.” Ah, I feel better already.

Go ahead boys and girls. The cops will easily find positions in other cities, counties and municipalities throughout the country. They will tell their new employer how great it is to be done and out of Minneapolis.

Do keep us posted on that touchy, feely “Public Safety” group you want to form. Let us know how they handle a “man with a gun” or a doofus wacked out on PCP. Be interested in how that de-esclation works out.

While others Riot, Philly Gangsters Blow Up ATM’s. Not All Successfully.

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com. Watch for Ken’s new book, “The Bi-State Strangler In The Shadow Of The Arch

What with all the rioting and unrest throughout the nation a bunch of Philly gang-bangers came up with an original idea. While the cops are all busy with the protests and stuff let’s go blow up some ATM’s and grab the $$.

Where these guys got the explosives and the training in the care, use and handling of explosives remains a mystery. Off these bozo’s go…into the good night.

They had a degree of success. About 30 ATM’s were blown up. None had the safe portion breached and these creeps were not able to purloin any jingle.

Former Philly ATM!

One of the group, whilst placing explosives upon an ATM, detonated the “device” (Bomb cops use that term a lot) prematurely. The end result being the bomber taken to a local hospital in pieces where he was declared DRT!

Remember all you potential bombers out there…you must have an official certificate in order to handle and play with explosives.

By the way, chief outlaw said these lawbreakers will pay the price. Wonder if that’s the same price for the “wages of sin?”

2 Atlanta Cops Fired After Enforcing Curfew

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

In Atlanta last night 2 college students were cruising through police lines near the scene of violent rioting. A curfew had been issued by the mayor, keisha-something-something. The curfew was intended to quell the faux angry crowd and their antics. A police line had been set up to stop unauthorized folks from entering the area.

Along comes 2 embolden and entitled students who attempted to cross the police line. Cops descended on their car. The goofs refused to comply with the lawful orders. The situation escalated to the point where the occupants had to be “tazed” in order to gain control. Oh yeah, the driver had a suspended licence and some LSD.

When her honor found out about the “mistreatment” of these doofuses and saw an edited cell phone video she immediately fired 2 officers and placed three on admin duties. She said she saw a disturbing video and that…”But the use of force is never acceptable.” Yeah she said that.

Hey ms. mayor. You may want to reconsider your position. Gonna bet these officers have already contacted their bargaining unit and retained legal representation. Remember the “freddie grey 6.”

Stick to your guns and write out BIG checks or bring them back with pay. You’re call. Be very careful out there brothers and sisters, be very careful.

Ferguson is mentioned again with the riots of today.

Michael Brown Jr. Didn’t Have To Die is a book I wrote to dissect the incidents of that fateful night and the aftermath. Have you read it? If you find value in my Cops Perspective blogs, consider reading this book, especially now. So much more than people know goes into these situations and investigations. May justice prevail. SGT Mac tracked down and engaged in a lengthy gun battle with one of the Boston Marathon bombers. The encounter left one bomber DRT and his brother on the run. His actions that night earned him the police Medal of Valor. Awarded to SGT Mac by the Vice-President during police week, 2015.

Watertown PD, SGT John MacLellan in his “office.”

At his retirement ceremony hundreds of citizens turned out to see this fine man and cop hang up his gun belt.

The Chief praised his actions the night one of the bombers was taken out but said that SGT Mac will be remembered for his big heart. “He’s the guy out there championing for the less fortunate in our town, that’s what I’m most proud of.”

Mac wants to get more involved in his church where he’s the president of the St. Vincent Society.

Best to you SGT Mac…and thanks for dispatching that evil bomber to the gates of hell. Carry on sir!

NOPD Cop Gets Dad’s Badge After Father Succumbs To COVID

The son of a 35 year veteran of the NOPD had his dad’s badge pinned upon his chest after the death of his father. Mark Hall Sr. fell victim to the COVID virus just one day before the private pinning ceremony.

In true cop fashion, the ceremony proceeded with Mark Hall Jr.’s mother affixing the badge to her son’s chest. Officer Hall’s son was due to graduate from the NOPD police academy the following day.

The NOPD chief said, “Mark Hall Jr. will now continue the family legacy of service and protection to the citizens and visitors of New Orleans. His father will be remembered as a dedicated professional who loved his family and the law enforcement community.”

Best of luck and prayers for a safe and honorable career with the NOPD. Godspeed!

In Houston, Creep in Jail For Capitol Murder Given Bail

Available at amazon.coma and barnesandnoble.com

A violent felon, brian bullock, in pre-trial confinement for Capitol Murder, is given bail by judge abigial anastasio, of the 184th District Court. If you’d like to give her a call her # is 832-927-3900. I’m sure she’d be glad to hear from you.

The murderer, who was out on bail for felony assault, killed his estranged wife and a person putting up cabinets in her home. After his arrest in 2018 he was a guest of the state.

For some unknown reason the judge granted bail to this killer and he is currently walking the streets of Houston as of May 23. It’s clear this wipe doesn’t follow bond rules and it’s a good bet we’ll hear about him, negatively, in the near future.

Special tip o’ the “Cops Perspective” hat to Joe Gamaldi and the Houston Police Officers Union for bringing this matter to the public’s attention. Couldn’t find anything in the local Houston news media. Thanks Joe!!

CA Governator Says Cops And Firefighters First To Face Layoffs If State Not Given $$

He’s at it again. That’s right CA gov newsom (D-Cops, we don’t need cops) says that if the federales don’t give CA a bunch of $$, first responders will be the ones to lose their jobs.

“…The next time they wanna salute our heroes, consider the fact that they’ll be the first ones laid off by the cities and counties.” Yes, he really said that!

The mayor of San Diego pushed back saying in a tweet, “No police officers or firefighters will be used as leverage to balance my budget.” The mayor also sighted recent efforts in recruiting and retention of cops.

Way to go Mr. Mayor. This thing will sort itself out sooner or later…hopefully sooner.

Fresno Sheriff Says They Won’t Follow COVID Orders. Too Busy Catching Early release Felons.

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

Sheriff Margaret Mims said her department is way too busy chasing all the 8-balls released on a no bail arrest, which are most, and the early release of convicts.

The govenator, G. Newsom (D-ding-bat) ordered CA law enforcement to administer his edict criminalizing social distancing, wearing a mask, no groups…blah, blah. Additionally he ordered the release of 3,500++ inmates. 2-fold, lower the prison population and protect the cons from the virus.

Hey gov…how about protecting the tax payers and those that follow the law. Keep these creeps in the can. But then that would make you a big meanee. Seems like no one in CA wants to be refereed to as being mean.

The Sheriff says people want to get back to what they normally do. You know, go to work, a pub, a restaurant or a porta-potty. Let the people of CA make their own decisions. I’m pretty sure they’ll make the right one. Carry on Sheriff Mims!!

Good-Bye, Eddie Haskell, America’s Bad-Boy and LAPD Cop

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com.

Ken Osmond, better known as Eddie Haskell on the Leave it to Beaver TV series has checked into the heavenly precinct. That’s right, Osmond who died last week was an LAPD motorcycle cop.

He joined the department in 1970 after his acting career sputtered. In 1980 Officer Osmond and his partner were paroling the Ramparts Division when they jumped a “Rollin Stolen.” After a short chase the car crashed and Osmond was shot 3 times. His vest and belt buckle prevented his death on that fateful evening.

The shooter caught a few years in the penal system and was arrested for a double murder in 1989.

Thanks Ken for your character in Leave it to Beaver and, more importantly, your service as an LAPD cop. Rest easy brother!
