Remember That IL Law That Takes Away Officers Immunity…Here’s Another One That’s Just Brilliant!

An Illinois legislator has introduced a bill in the house of egg heads that would give legislators the power of arrest. Calling for law makers to be “Conservators Of The Peace” it gives them the authority to detain and arrest those in violation of any law. Wait a minute…isn’t that the cops job?

The Law Conservators would have to have a training certificate from the POST board. Todays cops are required 14 weeks of intensive training just to wear the badge. Additionally, They will enrobe themselves in expanded immunity protections that are denied commissioned police officers. What?

I can just see it now. Some unknowing “Conservator” inserts himself/herself into a dangerous and potentially deadly situation. As the incident spins out of control the “Conservator” will ask…where are the cops? Are these people losing their minds?

ghislaine maxwell’s brother says the jail, where she’s being held is “grotesque, degrading and over managed.” She’s been in the can since July, 2020 when she was arrested for grooming teenie boppers for epstein and his perv pals to sexually abuse.

I’m sure all of us agree that it’s a real pity that she is exposed to such inhumane treatment. She gets the same service that a crack dealer or any other criminal gets. Three meals and a place to lay her weary head. Even if it’s a concreate bed.

Her brother says she’s losing her hair, is depressed and surviving on microwavable food. All this whilst confined to a 6 x 9 foot cell. He also said she’s being watched by a bunch of cameras and checked on by the guards every fifteen minutes.

All of this jilly-jive is most troubling. Not that she’s locked up but the unknown and untold damage she’s done to a number of underage females. Let her have her day in court or snitch out the other creeps that traveled in epstein’s circle. Your call.

Portland’s City Council Disbands Gun Violence Reduction Team…Homicides Double. Hummm,

Yup, they’re still at it. That’s right, the ever so offended by cops, voted to disband the Gun Violence Reduction Team. A group of seasoned and respected Detectives that knew todays shooter is tomorrows victim.

Disbanded because many of the investigations involved black suspect’s. Since portland is only 6% black this is nothing by pure harassment. Never mind that 52% of murder victims and defendants are black.

If you’re the parent, brother, sister etc. of a murder victim you really don’t care about the race…you just want justice. Better yet, not to have the cops visit you at 2:00AM to give you some really bad news.

This is where the GVRT comes into play. They know the streets. They know the dark, underbelly of society where evil lurks. They keep guns out of the hands of violent criminals. Bye the way, they have bonded with social workers and other resources.

One street cat said…” They’re the departments CIA. They knew what’s gonna happen before it happens. They prevented a lotta murders.” Not anymore. Brilliant Portland. just brilliant!

“New”ATL Traffic Unit Having Major Effect On Crime Rate

Old wine, in new bottles. Remember the old TAC and Special Response Units on the street, stopping cars when not on an assignment. In the act of stopping cars the cops would develops the situation as it unfolds. A number of these “traffic” stops resulted in a recovered gun(s), dope and arrests. Couldn’t help but have a positive impact on the crime rate.

If the bad guys knew they were going to be stopped they’d stay away. Take their dirty deeds elsewhere…or they’d be locked up.

Fast forward to 2021. The Atlanta PD, in one district put together a traffic unit to enforce ALL traffic laws. The end result being from JAN1st to today over 1,100 citations written, 26 guns recovered and investigative leads developed in a number of major and current cases.

The unit, consisting of 6 police officers and 2 sergeants wants to make clear that the stops are based on violations of the traffic code. No profiling allowed.

Maybe it’s true. Everything, given time, will circle back around.

New L.A. District Attorney Will Not Seek Death Penalty In Murder Of LASD SGT

Way back on OCT 5, 2016 LASD Deputy Steve Owen was shot and killed by a parolee. The shooter was a 2 striker (armed robbery) and had been “rehabilitated.”

SGT Owen was responding to a burglary call and was shot upon arrival. The shooter/gangbanger then shot the SGT in the face and finally, put one through his badge. Thus sending a message to law enforcement.

The slimeball was apprehended and confessed, gleefully. He’s set to finally go to trial this month. A death penalty case if there ever was one.

Enter the new L.A. District Attorney. After only a couple weeks in office he tells prosecutors NO death penalty or special circumstances cases. Telling th L.A. Times…”sentencing enhancements tacks on additional years.” Yeah, that’s the idea. He also said “Punishment should be in the best interests of the community and serve as a rehabilitative or restorative purpose.” (What ever that means) I’d think the safety of the community would be enhanced if this mopeazz was dead or locked up for life. That may not happen.

Owens wife said, “Here’s the bottom line, if any of our loved ones are murdered we all want the same thing, justice.”

Understand there’s a recall movement for the new DA…where do I sign?

Seattle Alderboob Wants Cops To Fix Homeless Problem…He Voted To Defund That Program

Here’s one that’ll have you scratching your head. In the once beautiful city of Seattle a member of the council recently gripped that the cops weren’t doing anything about the exploding homeless problem.

The SPD had a team of specially trained Officers working with the homeless to connect them with resources and housing opportunities. Last July the ever enlightened decided they didn’t want the cops having anything to do with the homeless. The cops presence made them feel uncomfortable blah, blah.

The jackwagon who’s now crying for the cops to do something led the fight to remove the highly trained unit that specialized in dealing with the problem.

Businesses are crying out for help. The councilman who led the charge to disband the SPD unit now blames the cops and the mayor. Oh yeah, most of the “residence” of the expanding tent city are in this bozo’s ward. What the hell do these people want…ah, never mind.

Cops, America’s Whipping Boys for Societies Ill’s-Part 2

A few days ago I wrote about the 2 Atlanta Officers that were summarily fired by the mayor and chief.

Let’s talk about cops involved in a fatal shooting and what they go through. In Cobb County, GA Officers stopped a rollin’ stolen. One of the creeps got out and pointed a gun at the cops. One Officer shot and killed the offender.

“But he was only 17” family members cried. “We want justice.” An ambulance chasing lawyer was quick to oblige and sued the County for 50 million. Hope they don’t see a penny.

Oh yeah the cop. Well this happened last July. He’s been in suspended animation until yesterday when a grand jury refused to indict. 8 months to second guess and review body and car cam footage that clearly showed the deceased with a gun.

Officers make split second decisions based on their training and experience and it takes all this time to exonerate? BULL! I hope the Officer was searching for a job in another jurisdiction while he was waiting for a decision on if this was a legit shooting. God help us.

Cops, America’s Whipping Boy’s For Societies Ills.

I have been researching how cops have been treated during and after a critical incident. It ain’t pretty.

All the way back to michael brown and former Ferguson, MO Officer Wilson who shot and killed brown out of pure necessity. After brown, any black male shot and killed by police became a cause celebrie’ for the ever offended crowd. What happened to the cops?

First of all they were harangued and dissed by the media and the most venomous of all…the elected officials. Sometimes the chief. My what gutless wonders we have in our midst.

This attitude has carried on to the present day when 2 dedicated and decorated Atlanta Investigators were fired for doing their job. Fired by a mayor and spineless chief without any investigation and a review of edited body cam footage. The 2 cops sued the mayor and city and got their jobs back. Is all this crap necessary? NO.

We have to start treating our countries cops better. They, of all people, must be given the same rights as the criminals they arrest. End of rant, stay tuned for more.

12 Year Old Boy Shoots Home Invaders After They Shot His Grandmother

Last week in Goldsboro, NC a youngster was staying with his grandmother for the night. At around 1:00AM 2 uninvited and masked home invaders burst through the front door. After demanding $$ from the 73 year old grandmother she was shot in the leg by one of the ruffians.

The 12 year old boy, who was so rudely awakened by the commotion grabbed a weapon and fired at the two felons. Being such stout men the did what all creeps like this do…they took off. One of them didn’t make it too far. He was found at a nearby intersection and pronounced DRT.

The other bozo made good his escape. Not for long. The Goldsboro detectives are hot on his tail and an arrest is expected soon.

The 12 year old did what was necessary to protect his grandmother and himself. May god smile down upon you and keep you and your grandmother safe.

Leon Spinks And The St. Louis Police Department

Last week former boxing heavyweight champion, Leon Spinks, departed the planet. Spinks was a product of the St. Louis projects and boxing phenom who beat Muhammad Ali in 1978.

Leon had a number of run-ins with the SLMPD. These would usually include him being intoxicated and obnoxious.

One such incident involved Leon being himself at one of the more exclusive downtown hotels. Since he was causing such a ruckus the cops were summoned and asked to remove him from the bar.

The 2 cops approached him and asked him to leave or be arrested. Leon straightened up, clenched his fists and asked the cops if they knew who he was. One of the Officers replied and said we know who you are and respect your boxing abilities. We will not trade punches with you we will merely shoot you. After a short deliberation Mr. Spinks picked up his coat and calmly left the bar. Passing the cops he said…”Thanks fellas.”

Problem solved.
