MD Chief Asks, Make That Begs, Those With Phones To Call 911 Before Recording The Incident!

Montgomery County Police Chief wrote an op-ed in the washington post begging those with phones to PLEASE call 911 after a critical incident. Call 911 before you start recording the shooting, stabbing etc. Too many citizens are recording the incident immediately after it occurs. Hey you dumb azz…call 911 FIRST!

Really, it’s the least you can due if someone is fighting for their life. Sounds pretty simple huh?

The matter that brought this to the Chief’s attention was when a 17 YO jr. gangster shot a 15 YO sophomore. Shot in the bathroom of a local high school.

A number of student witnessed the shooting. Did they call the constabulary? No. They all recorded the aftermath. The wounded student was discovered by a school security officer.

The wounded student was transported to the hospital where he underwent a number of surgeries. He’s expected to recover. One must ask…what if he hadn’t been discovered? Another senseless homicide.

We all must agree with the Chief…call 911 and render what aid you can in an incident of this type! What the hell is going on?

Peace
