MARILYN MOSBY MAKING A FOOL OF HERSELF…AGAIN

M. MOSBY (D-LA LA LAND) THE BALTIMORE STATES ATTORNEY IS AT IT AGAIN.  SHE’S LIKE THE GUY WHO LEADS WITH HIS CHIN, TIME AND TIME AGAIN.

WHAT’S HER EVILNESS UP TO NOW?  GET THIS.  SHE WANTS TO REVISE THE STATE STATUTE WITH RESPECT TO HOW POLICE OFFICERS ARE CHARGED AND TRIED IN OUR COURT SYSTEM.

Marilyn Mosby, Baltimore state's attorney, pauses while speaking during a media availability, Friday, May 1, 2015 in Baltimore. Mosby announced criminal charges against all six officers suspended after Freddie Gray suffered a fatal spinal injury while in police custody. (AP Photo/Alex Brandon)

FIRST SHE WANT TO PROHIBIT POLICE OFFICERS FROM HAVING THE OPTION OF A BENCH TRIAL.  YOU KNOW, BEFORE A JUDGE WITH NO JURY.  SHE’S STILL STINGING FROM THE DISMISSAL OF THE CHARGES DROPPED BY JUDGE WILLIAMS AFTER THE OFFICERS CHOSE A BENCH TRIAL.

HEY MARILYN…THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

ADDITIONALLY MOSBY WANTS TO START A UNIT THAT INVESTIGATES COPS.  SHE WANTS HER INVESTIGATORS TO CARRY GUNS, ISSUE ARREST AND SEARCH WARRANTS AND HAVE ARREST POWERS.

THIS HAS TO GO THROUGH THE MD LEGISLATURE AND HOUSE LEADERS SAY IT HAS -0- CHANCE OF PASSING.

THE ATTORNEY REPRESENTING BALTIMORE OFFICERS ALICIA WHITE AND WILLIAM PORTER SAYS “…SHE PUT ON A TERRIBLE INVESTIGATION AND A HORRIBLE TRIAL.  THIS WON’T MAKE THAT GO AWAY.”

MOSBY IS, ONCE AGAIN, ACTING LIKE A SPOILED BRAT.  EVEN THE MAYOR, STEPHANIE-SOMETHING-SOMETHING THINKS SO.

MAYBE IT’S TIME FOR MARILYN TO RE-READ THE CONSTITUTION.  BUT THEN WE ARE GIVING HER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT IN THINKING SHE HAS READ IT PREVIOUSLY.  AH, PROBABLY NOT.

STAY SAFE, BUCKLE UP AND WEAR YOUR VEST!!
