DUNCE OF THE MONTH CLUB

WELL, A NEW YEAR HAS BEGUN.  LETS ALL HOPE THAT THIS YEAR WILL BE MUCH SAFER FOR OR NATIONS COPS.

I PICKED UP ON SOME ACTIVITIES BY THE OTHER PORTION OF SOCIETY…STUPID CRIMINALS.  I’LL SEE IF EVERYONE LIKES THIS.  GOD KNOWS WE HAVE PLENTY OF MATERIAL ON THE DUMB ASSES THAT LIVE OUTSIDE THE LAW.

JOSE VACA SAYS HE WAS “TESTING” THE BAKERSFIELD, CA COPS DURING A TRAFFIC STOP.  THIS “LUCKY TO BE ALIVE” GOOF GOT OUT OF THE CAR WITH A RIFLE.  NATURALLY, THE COPS “NEUTRALIZED THE THREAT” OUR DUNCE OF THE MONTH WAS STRUCK 12 TIMES AND WILL LIVE TO REOFFEND.dunce

AS A CONVICTED FELON AND PAROLEE HE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN IN POSSESSION OF A WEAPON IN THE FIRST PLACE.

MR. VACA SAID HE NEVER PLANNED TO SHOOT THE OFFICERS BUT RATHER, WANTED TO TEST A “THEORY” THAT THE COPS WOULDN’T SHOOT…THINK AGAIN.  LOOKING BACK THIS EINSTEIN SAYS “MAYBE IT WASN’T SUCH A GOOD IDEA.  YA THINK!!

OUR “DUNCE OF THE MONTH” WAS BOOKED ON 7 FELONIES AND THREE MISDEMEANORS.

GUESS THIS TURKEY MISSED HIS GIRLFRIEND AT THE CHINO CORRECTIONAL FACILITY.

STAY SAFE, BUCKLE UP AND WEAR YOUR VEST!!

  1. Ken, we had some coppers who weren’t exactly the brightest bulbs…one gent I’ll not name used his pocket knife to cut the power cord when answering a “call-back” for a noisey TV, but forgot to pull the plug from the outlet first. I thought it was just an oversight until he later did the same thing again…different pocket knife of course…
This is the same copper who found a .45 automatic under a perps front seat, made the arrest but then was having trouble jacking the round out of the chamber. At the perps’ suggestion, he gave the loaded weapon back to the driver…to the horror of everyone else standing nearby. Everything worked out but you never knew what this guy was going to do next….

    1. Bill:
I either heard about that or read it in some book…can’t remember the name something about Justice at the Curb Side or something like that.

One of the dumbest cases I ever worked was Russian roulette with an automatic.
HNY to all of you guys!!!

      Ken
