Close Call In Battle Creek

Last week a Battle Creek Officer responded to a call for service at a local cafe/restaurant. A patron was causing a ruckus and refused to leave. A female Officer responded to the location. She asked, then told the obnoxious patron to leave or face arrest. Did the fool leave? of course not.

He got up from his seat and moved aggressively toward the Officer. She fired her TAZER. No effect. The chump then went “hands on.” During the scuffle he managed to get control of her weapon and shot her in the leg.

By this time other Officers arrived and rendered the offender 10-7, with mileage. One less creep to worry about. What could have been done to prevent this near tragedy? Insure Officers have a level 3 or 4 weapon retention holster. Wait for backup.

Thankfully, this Officer will be OK. God was riding with you that day!

Las Cruces NM Officer Stabbed/Killed On Trespassing Call

With all the hype about KC and the Super Bowl Champs I thought we’d take a look at another senseless murder of a exemplary, young Officer. Last week Las Cruces Officer Jonah Hernandez answered a trespassing call. When he arrived he was immediately stabbed by some creep living at a nearby homeless shelter. The offender had a healthy criminal record including sexual assault, domestic violence and home invasion. Shouldn’t this jag been in jail?

A CCW holder immediately shot the suspect and canceled his ticket. Good thing we wouldn’t have to listen to the babble about this homeless mopeazz.

The Chief, at a new conference said Officer Hernandez was in the last class put on by the LCPD. He noted that this class was bigger than any put on by the San Francisco PD. Little dig there.

The LCPD will get through this…but it will take time and reflection. Steady on brothers and sisters.

Fool Attacks Kalamazoo K-9 Who Used The Bad Guys Arm For A Chew Toy

Last week a 49YO chump followed a woman home. He got into her house, threatened to rape and kill her. A neighbor heard the commotion and called the Constabulary.

When the cops arrived they got the female away from this violent offender and attempted to take him into custody. Did he comply? Of course not. He threatened the K-9 Sledge (Cool K-9 Name) and the Officers attending to the problem. “Sledge” was released, jumped on the violator and was stabbed two times in the neck. This after “Sledge” inflicted several bites.

“Sledge’s” handler rushed the dog to the vet. “Sledge” lost about 40% of his blood. After being tended to by the emergency vet the animal walked out of the clinic on his 4 paws.

The slime ball that attacked the K-9 wasn’t as fortunate. He was carried out in a stretcher, treated and is being held in the slammer. He had to be placed in segregation when the inmate dog lovers found out what he did.

“Sledge” is recovering at home cared for by his handlers loving family. Note to Bad Guys…Don’t resist cops or K-9’s and you won’t get hurt. Wasn’t that easy!

Profile In Courage…Tacoma Chief Disses Tacoma Officers

In that ever progressive city of Tacoma three Officer were recently found NOT GUILTY for several bogus charges after a fatal encounter with a persistent offender and meth-head. (see Cops Perspective 12/26/23)

After the verdict the three Officers were given 500K to resign. The chief then went on a rampage. He said that the Officers, current and recently resigned have a…”detrimental effect on blacks, indigenous peeps and all people of color. I would like to personally offer a collective apology.” He rambled on about abusive policing and the like peppering his statements with all the woke buzzword. It’s enough to give a “wokester” a “stiffy.” And old cops an upset stomach.

The previous Chief and a bunch of multi lettered investigative agencies gave the cops a “No violations occurred” finding.

Kinda makes the Tacoma cops want to lace up their boots, square away their uniform and hit the streets. Smile and wave brothers and sisters.

Minneapolis “art sled” Rally…Fools Cheer At Burning Replica of 3rd Precinct

Every year the city of Minneapolis has an “art sled” rally. Sleds are decorated as humorous characters and the like. One sled represented the burning and destruction of the MPD’s 3rd Precinct. Spectators yuk’ed it up when the stupid sled was sent on it’s way. The original incident occurred when the fleckless and spineless mayor ordered the Officer’s to ABANDON the station. Net result, total destruction of a once functioning police facility. Never seen this before and hope I never see it again.

All in response to a massive riot as a result of the death of a career criminal and drug addict.

The MPD was a functioning and effective Department. It is currently at about half it authorized strength and shrinking. Let the mayor and his minions deal with the evil that they pretend doesn’t exist.

If you’re a Minneapolis cop, please, for your own safety and the safety of your family get out. Not next month, NOW!

In Memphis, Fool Escapes Custody…Turns His Bad Self In 45 minutes later. Says He’s Cold

In Memphis a doofus arrested on sexual assault on a minor escapes custody. As side not on this lovely evening the temperature hovered around 8 degrees.

After breathing the cool, refreshing air for about 45 minutes the suspect flagged down a motorist and asked him to call the police so he could turn himself in. I think some people would say “no” and book. But this was not the case. Officers responded and re-took the goof into custody.

Let’s see….jumping out of a nice warm police vehicle into the frozen night, not to bright. Also not to bright raping an underage female. maybe a life of crime isn’t in the cards for this dork…but a stay in one of Tennessee’s finer correctional facilities IS!

71 YO Bank Robber Captured By LAPD

In LA a man with 4, count ’em, 4 bank robbery convictions struck again. He held up a bank in LA and made off with 64K. He threatened to shoot several employee if they did not comply. Not bad for a days work, however, this dodo was nabbed by alert LAPD cops from the Foothills Division.

A description of the car used in the hold-up was immediately broadcast and the cops made an “enhanced” felony stop. The Officers recovered the bag with the loot, ski masks and a replica hand gun.

Here’s the rub. This career criminal has 4 convictions for the same shit. He did a total of over 40 years as a guest at some of the nations finest prison’s. One must ask…how come this idiot wasn’t still in the “joint.” Seems like a dude backing up that many convictions would qualify for a persistent offender and remain in custody until he’s wheeled out feet first. Maybe that’ll happen this time…ah, maybe not.

In St. Charles County, MO…Arrests Up, Crime Down, What A Concept

Chief Kurt Frisz said recently that St. Charles County had an increase in arrests. The arrests resulted in the suspects being held until their arraignment. This is not the case in many jurisdictions. Think “no bail’ states and weak, ineffectual prosecutors.

Chief Frisz contributes the increase in arrests to a multi-jurisdictional approach where several agencies focus on drug and gun crimes. The use of new technology like licence plate readers, drones, well trained Police Officers and the political backing to conduct proactive and constitutional policing.

2023 Top Cops, MNPD Officers That Took Out School Shooter

I was scrolling through a LE page. They identified a number of Police Officers who performed above and beyond. I’d like to recognize the MNPD Officer’s who responded to the Covenant School in Nashville on March 27.

The initial call came in at 10:13 AM. Officers arrived within minutes. A team of five Officer’s entered the building. They sought out and killed a fool who had shot and killed 6 people. 3 staff members and 3 9YO students. All clear at 10:21AM.

The cops went to the second floor. Identified the gunman and, without hesitation, eliminated the threat. Excellent and focused police work by professional law enforcement Officers…because you don’t call a social worker to take out a monster. May God smile down on these Officers and all who “Serve and Protect.”
