Chicago Police Department Revises UOF policy

In late 2015 the CPD and the aclu entered into an agreement where all vehicle and pedestrian stops would be documented and forwarded to the CPD and aclu. One would think that the aclu would only want to review the stops and identify an officer for discipline. Additionally, new guidelines for UOF were issued. A cop could only use force if he/she had a gun to their head and the hammer on the offenders gun was cocked.

To no ones surprise the stops fell by 90%. Who the hell wants to get in trouble for doing their job. The administration of the city and the aclu got their wish. Oh, there was a big flourish of hand shakes, back pats and love hugs. A new era had dawned on the CPD.

It damn sure did. The cops quit making investigative stops and the crime rate, especially murders and other crimes against person reached astronomical levels. Yet all the academic eggheads and experts hailed the plan as forward looking and trend setting.

The only problem is they for got to tell the cops on the street. Keep assigning ill intent to their actions, call them names and degrade the work that is done every day and you’ll get what you ask for. The cops will do what you want…nothing, and who could blame them.

Now, in a burst of hindsight the CPD is staffing a revised UOF policy that would significantly increase the instances where UOF is necessary and required.

The murder rate in Chicago continues to climb. People shoot others over trivial things. Hey Mayor, Chief…get a grip. Let the cops be cops and the crime rate will plummet.

Deep Undercover- Operation Bank Robbery

The television series, Deep Undercover, created by Joe Pistone, better known as “Donny Brasco” will air Operation Bank Robbery this Wednesday on the ESCAPE channel.

This episode tells the story of a bank robbery my partner and I, working as undercover narcotics detectives, were invited to participate in by a father/ son team. A bank in a town about 50 miles south of St. Louis being the target.

The plan is to set off a bomb at a shopping center on the other side of the town. When police officers are attending to the bomb the bank will be taken down.

This well planned and orchestrated robbery had the potential to kill and injure a number of innocent people…including the bank president.

Tune in this Wednesday @10:00 PM EST on the ESCAPE network for this exciting story. I gotta tell ya, it was damn sure exciting for me.

Milwaukee Chief Tells aclu To “Shove it”

The aclu and representatives of blm, in a flamboyant news release, said they were suing the Milwaukee Police Department claiming racism is rampant.

Chief Edward Flynn, at a press conference, dismissed the allegations and said that the department would continue it’s policing practices.

The aclu said that car stops and pedestrian stops in the black community are out of proportion with interactions with white residents. This, on it’s face, shows racism.

The Chief responded by giving figures of black on black crime. These show that aggravated assault, murder and shooting occur more frequently in these areas by a margin of over 200% when compared to other areas of the city. Blacks make up 82% of murder offenders. As such the stops are in line when compared to offenders by race.

The Chief said he will continue to police areas where crime is highest by putting more officers in these areas. Makes a lotta sense to me.

The police union, who doesn’t agree with the Chief on all matters, is totally on board with this.

It is indeed refreshing to see a Chief stand up to the bullying tactics of the aclu and their partners in crime the blm crowd.

My this fine man and the men and women of the Milwaukee Police department continue to “Serve and Protect.”

Thug Shot By Good Samaritan and Thug’s Family’s Response

In Mobile, AL a “baby gangster” was in the process of holding up a Dollar General store. He held a gun to the head of an employee. The victim was in the process of opening the safe.

A customer, who is also the holder of a Concealed Carry Permit, saw what was happening. At this point he drew his gun and told the bad guy to drop his. Did he? Of course not. He was in the process of turning around to fire upon the good Samaritan.

Foolish move on this dodo’s part. Before the errant aspiring criminal could turn the good guy cranked off 5 rounds. Striking the dumb ass in the arm.

The police arrived and took the injured soul into custody. Seems like this bozo was out on bond for another armed robbery.

OK, another youthful offender jammed into an already overburdened justice system and that’s the end of the story for this guy. Not so fast.

A family member of the armed robber told the Mobile Fox affiliate: (Referring to the good guy who shot the armed robber)

“If his life wasn’t in danger, if no one had a gun up to ’em, if no one pointed a gun at him–What gives him the right to think it’s OK to just shoot someone? You should have just left the store and went where ever you had to go…”

HUMmmm, wonder how this kid could even think about holding up stores with a fine family like that.

This guy is a good candidate for the “Dunce of the Month” and it’s only March 1st. Wow.

Dunce Of The Month Club-Feburary

Last month 2 Darwin candidates rode around Dearborn, MI wearing ski masks and displaying military style weapons. Members of the public notified the police and the 2 were stopped and let go after determining the weapons were legal.

A short time later these 2 goofs walk into the Dearborn Police station wearing ski masks, body armor and carrying assault rifles and side arms. They were being live streamed by the third member of this month’s “dunce Club.”

As you might expect the officers drew down on the 2 gun wielding desperadoes and told them to drop the weapons or “I’ll put a round in you!”

After protestations that what they were doing was legal they surrendered their weapons and were taken into custody.

At their arraignment a week later the 2 dim bulbs showed up thinking they would only be charged with misdemeanors. All three or four of their supporters were in attendance as well as the local press.

The 2 were charged with carrying a concealed weapon, brandishing a weapon, resisting arrest and peace disturbance. SURPRISE!! Additionally, the judge ordered the two to have no contact.

What were these idiots thinking? Especially in this day and age where police officers are being ambushed and lured into deadly situations. The’re lucky the Dearborn cops didn’t cancel their ticket.

Ya gotta admit, this is pretty stupid and qualifies for the “Dunce of the Month.” Let’s see what turns up in March. I’m sure we’ll be able to find someone doing something that qualifies them for the prestigious “Dunce of the Month.”

Santa Cruz PD Chief Says ICE Done Him Wrong

Is it the water? Aliens taking over the minds of CA residents? A spell perhaps, cast by an angry witch? The Chief of the Santa Cruz PD said recently said he and his department had been “hoodwinked” by ICE into participating in immigration raids.

ICE and the Santa Cruz PD had just concluded a 5 year investigation into the violent gang, MS-13. Next up, indictments and raids. Prior to the raids ICE told the PD that they may “detain” people to check immigration status. Part of the agreement was that no immigrants would be brought to the SCPD nor would any of their butts touch any back seat of a SCPD car.

It is interesting to note that MS-13, suspected of being involved in 4 homicides in Santa Cruz and were planning another.

At one location, ICE detained 11 illegal immigrants. One was taken into custody due to a violent criminal past. The other 10 were released.

At a city council meeting after the raids 10-12 people interrupted the meeting demanding to know why the PD cooperated in the raids. In direct violation of the “sanctuary city” policy.

As usual, the mayor and police chief caved and said ICE lied. We won’t work with them anymore and they can no longer use our bathrooms!!

Hey SCPD…it’s MS-13. Not a quilting club. They are good for 4 murders, maybe more and they were planning another one. One would think the chief and mayor would be glad to get rid of a felon with a violent past. That would be thinking in the terms of public safety, not political correctness. How foolish of me.

Portland aclu Demands Police Not Wear Riot Gear

The Portland branch of the aclu demanded …”Portland Police not wear riot gear in response to protests and potential riots.” Potential riots huh? OK, how about these little anarchists not break the law and destroy property, block traffic and otherwise being a general pain in the butt?

A number of the “peaceful protesters” were arrested at one of their latest riots/demonstrations/protests. Yes, the police officers were in riot gear. Several officers escaped serious injury as rocks, bottles, fireworks and assorted debris bounced off their protective gear.

The aclu claimed the riot equipped officers only added to the volatile situation. WRONG!! The law breaking snowflakes who taunt, insult and harass officers, destroy public and private property and interfere with the public’s right to freely travel the streets of Portland are to blame. Not the cops.

The aclu also bitched about people arrested after they returned to the sidewalk after given numerous lawful orders to, and refusing, to get off the street and quit blocking traffic.

It’s too late to avoid arrest after numerous warnings and they finally retreat to the sidewalk. It’s not home free after a certain point. Oh yeah, about that riot gear…the cops will continue to wear the protective gear. It’s for their safety. They would just as soon be riding their beat, Protecting and Serving.

One more thing, the pepper spray and riot batons will also be in use. You’re call boys and girls.

School Stops “High Five Friday” With Cops

Well, they’re at it again. The cops in Northampton, MA came up with a novel and, I might add, fun way to interact with the kids at the local schools.

Every Friday several Northampton cops would go to the elementary schools and “high five” or shake hands with the kids. The kids liked it. The cops liked it and it showed the kids the other side of policing. That cops really do like kids and they really do like having fun with kids. It got so out of control that sometimes the cops would even played with the kids at recess.

Before undertaking such an awesome task, as with any bureaucracies, the program was staffed through appropriate channels. Boom, the plan goes into action. Not so fast.

When some parents heard of this terrible display of police power and authority they were shocked and appalled. In essence they bitched to the schools and the program was cancelled. The whiny ass parents thought the cops scared the kids. Especially “kids of color.” Balderdash!!

These are exactly the kids that need to see that cops are just like everybody else and that they come from the community. What if one of these”at risk” kids ever got into a pickle and needed a cop? What if the the kid was lost or needed some type of police assistance. Who ya gonna call…”Ghost Busters?” No, they should call those cops that, at one time in their school experience “high fived” everyone on Friday.

Killer Out On Parole: Part 2

I finally tracked down this jerk’s record. Strangely he has two convictions that I know of. Robbery and Grand Theft Auto.

It’s interesting to note that this jamoke (Not appropriate to use his name) was released from CA’s infamous Pelican Bay prison on April 16, 2016 and placed on some goofy local probation. Apparently serving his time at the LA County jail. If you’re not familiar with Pelican Bay, it’s CA’s Super Max. Only the worst of the worst go there.

Whilst this mope was on parole or community release or whatever they call it in CA, he managed to get arrested a number of times for probation/parole violations and given short sentences in the LA County jail.

A picture, I won’t show, reveals facial, neck and full sleeve tatts. This says TROUBLE and GANGBANGER to any cop from a rookie to a 26 year veteran like Wittier police Officer Keith Boyer.

Yes this guy was out and free to kill. Which he did. His cousin and Officer Boyer.

CA has recently passed a number of bills and propositions that let people like this out early. OK, here’s the consequences. I’m sure it’ll be repeated a number of times with other “early releases.”

Governor D-“Moonbeam” says they don’t have the money to build and staff prisons. They sure have the money to spend on illegals, roads and dams..oh wait, not dams…they don’t have any money to spend on dams.

Why Was This Killer Out On Parole??

Yesterday a Whittier CA police officer was shot and killed by a derelict who was granted parole only a week ago. Before this dick shot and killed this fine officer he shot his cousin who resides in East Los Angeles. After killing his cousin he stole a car and, for some reason, drove to Whittier.

Whilst in Whittier the jackass became involved in a traffic accident. At this point three police officers were dispatched to the scene. The officers approached those involved in the collision and attempted to get the driver’s licence of the doofus who shot the officers. The bad guy broadcast “gangbanger” by the full sleeve tatts and gang colors. Recognizing the outward appearance of a gang member the officers attempted to check the person for any weapons.

Well, he had a gun and used it to shoot all three officers. In the process killing a 26 year veteran of the Whittier Police Department, Keith Boyer.

As of this writing the name of the shooter has not been released. I’m of the opinion that when his criminal record is published law abiding citizens and tax payers are going to be pissed. Gonna go out on a limb here and say this mopeass has a hell of a record and should have been locked up.

May the family and friends of this fine officer find peace.
