MOSBY THROWS IN THE TOWEL

IT FINALLY HAPPENED.  MS. MOSBY AND HER BAND OF MISGUIDED

Marilyn Mosby, Baltimore state's attorney, pauses while speaking during a media availability, Friday, May 1, 2015 in Baltimore. Mosby announced criminal charges against all six officers suspended after Freddie Gray suffered a fatal spinal injury while in police custody. (AP Photo/Alex Brandon)

PROSECUTORS HAVE CAPITULATED.  ALL THE CHARGES AGAINST THE REMAINING BALTIMORE POLICE OFFICERS HAVE BEEN DISMISSED.  OH, SHE MADE A BUNCH OF LOFTY STATEMENTS LIKE SHE’S NOT “ANTI-POLICE.”  COULD HAVE FOOLED ME  AND ALMOST EVERY POLICE OFFICER IN THE COUNTRY…ESPECIALLY IN BALTIMORE.

WITH A PROSECUTOR WHO GOES AFTER COPS LIKE HER IT’S NO WONDER THE CRIME RATE, CRIMES AGAINST PERSONS SPECIFICALLY, IS ON AN UPWARD TRAJECTORY.  SHE ALSO MUMBLED ON ABOUT THE “COUNTLESS SACRIFICES” MADE BY THE PERSECUTORS WHO ATTENDED THE BOGUS CASE AGAINST THESE FINE OFFICERS.  I GUESS TRYING TO MAKE CHICKEN SOUP OUT OF CHICKEN SHIT COULD BE CONSIDERED A “SACRIFICE.”

IN AN EARLIER POST I POINTED OUT THAT THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE MAJOR THAT SIGNED THE CHARGING DOCUMENT STATED THAT HE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE INVESTIGATION.  IN ACTUALITY A REALLY DUMB THING TO DO.  EVEN DUMBER IS MOSBY CHARGING THE OFFICERS ON A HASTY, INCOMPETENT INVESTIGATION WITH A FATALLY FLAWED CONCLUSION.  I WOULD LIKE TO THINK THE CITIZENS OF BALTIMORE DESERVE BETTER.  MUCH BETTER!

NEXT UP.  THE CIVIL CASES AGAINST MOSBY.  I’LL KEEP MY EYE ON THE SITUATION AS IT DEVELOPS.  BE CAREFUL MS. MOSBY, SOMETHING WICKED IS COMING YOUR WAY AND IT’S COMING FAST.

STAY SAFE, BUCKLE UP AND WEAR YOUR VEST.
