IS MOSBY LOSING IT??

MMarilyn Mosby, Baltimore state's attorney, pauses while speaking during a media availability, Friday, May 1, 2015 in Baltimore. Mosby announced criminal charges against all six officers suspended after Freddie Gray suffered a fatal spinal injury while in police custody. (AP Photo/Alex Brandon)ARILYN MOSBY, THE BALTIMORE STATES ATTORNEY WAS HANDED ANOTHER DEFEAT WHEN JUDGE WILLIAMS FOUND BALTIMORE POLICE LT BRIAN RICE NOT GUILTY OF ANY OF THE CHARGES AGAINST HIM.  THE MOST NOTABLE BEING MANSLAUGHTER.  A CONVICTION WOULD HAVE BROUGHT A HEFTY PRISON SENTENCE.

WHO’S LOOKING AT PRISON NOW?  COULD MS. MOSBY BE PROSECUTED FOR HER MALICIOUS, VINDICTIVE PROSECUTION OF THESE FINE OFFICERS.  ANYONE WITH A BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM WOULD HAVE TO SAY YES.  TO USE HER OFFICE TO WRONGFULLY INFLICT UNWARRANTED AND UNNECESSARY PAIN AND SUFFERING IS A CRIME…EVEN IN MARYLAND.

AT THE VERY MINIMUM MS. MOSBY CAN KISS HER POLITICAL CAREER GOOD-BYE.  SOURCES HAVE INDICATED THAT SHE HAD HER EYE ON THE STATEHOUSE.  A SENATOR AT THE LEAST.  NO MORE CAN THESE GOALS BE ACHIEVED.  SHE COULDN’T BE ELECTED DOG CATCHER…NO WAIT, DOG CATCHER IS AN APPOINTED POSITION.  I STAND CORRECTED.  SHE COULDN’T BE APPOINTED DOG CATCHER.

THE CITY FATHERS OF BALTIMORE ARE PROBABLY PRESSURING MS. MOSBY TO DROP THE REMAINING CHARGES AGAINST THE THREE OFFICERS WHO HAVE NOT HAD THEIR DAY IN COURT.  IN THE EVENT SHE REFUSES TO DO SO THE ONLY OUTCOME WILL BE AN EVEN STEEPER BILL TO BE PICKED UP BY THE CITY OF BALTIMORE AND, OF COURSE, THE TAXPAYERS.

HER FAILURE TO DROP THESE BOGUS, UNWARRANTED CHARGES INDICATES A DEGREE OF A LACK OF CLARITY, DENIAL OR STUBBORNNESS THAT BORDERS ON THE EXTREME.  DROP THE CHARGES NOW, RESIGN AND FADE, QUICKLY, INTO THE SUNSET.

STAY SAFE, BUCKLE UP AND WEAR YOUR VEST.
