Don’t Bring A Hatchet To A Gunfight

In beautiful San Diego a fool walked into a library with a hatchet. Whilst in the quiet section he extracted a hatchet from under his clothing. He then began wacking computer, bookshelves and threatened a number of patrons.

The frightened librarian called the San Diego PD and gave a brief description of what was going down. The cops responded immediately and confronted the goof. He ranted and raved about something unintelligible and threatened the Officers. Well, as you may imagine that didn’t work out for the badguy. After raising his weapon and advancing toward the cops…ah, you know what happened. That’s right, numerous shots were fired leaving the suspect wounded.

He was taken to an area hospital, patched up and charged with a bunch of crimes. He, of course, pled not guilty. He did say, “Man, I shouldn’t bring a hatchet to a gunfight.”

Kent County, MI District Attorney Will NOT Retry Chris Schurr Case

In a new and improved development the Kent County DA will NOT retry the Chris Schurr case. After the case was sliced and diced in the courtroom with opposing “experts” testifying the case went to the jury. After deep deliberation and review of the facts the jury was hopelessly deadlocked. The judge then declared a mistrial and the chump azz DA decided not to proceed.

Good call…you see the jury voted 10-2 in favor of not guilty. Hey, ya really think this case should have gone to trial? Hell NO! The body cam and phone video told the story of a violently resisting suspect. After grabbing the Officers TAZER he had no other options in the use of force continuum. It cost the offender his life and disrupted this fine officers life and family as well.

The local media tried to play the decision negatively and focused of the 3 or 4 protesters. Props to Kathleen Walsh and her warriors who stood fast in the face of fierce opposition.

It’s National Police Week, Lets All Pause To Remember Our Fallen Brothers And Sisters

National Police Week, May 11th to May 17th. In 2024 165 Officers were killed in the line of duty. So far this year 25 Officers have fallen. The majority of those killed were by gunfire. No telling how many cops were saved by wearing their bullet resistant vests.

Why so many, why so many by gunfire? Perhaps its the mental and perverted mind set of the weak and feckless judges, prosecutors and the pols who play to the loudest voice. That being the rights and privilege’s afforded the criminal element. Another being second thinking the situation and that fraction of a second hesitation.

The persecution of Officers, like Chris Schurr a former member of the Grand Rapids PD who shot and killed a violent resisting felon. He was charged by a cop hating prosecutor and his actions were discussed and disected in the confines and civility of a court room. Something this fine Officer should not have had to endure.

Bless all that “Serve and Protect” may god watch over all and give you peace.

Milwaukee Judge Arrested By The FBI For Helping Violent Illegal Alien Escape Arrest

What the hell’s wrong with these fools? In Milwaukee a County Judge was notified that ICE and an arrest team were in the Courthouse. They were there to take a violent and illegal alien subject into custody. He was supposed to appear on a charge of domestic violence, with injuries.

The subject of the administrative warrant has been bounced from the country several times and has a respectable criminal record.

When “her dis-honor” heard that an arrest team was on site she became enraged and helped this creep slip out of the Courthouse. Fortunately he was apprehended after a brief foot chase. This doofus is on his way to whatever country he’s from and the dumb-azz judge was locked up for obstructing and concealing a person from arrest. Stand by for the howls of the fringe lunies and the “rights” of the creep. This AG ain’t foolin’ around!

Former Grand Rapids Cops Trial For Murder 2 Set For APR 4, 2022 Shooting…Important Info Not Allowed

Waaay back in 2022 GRPD Officer Chris Schurr pulled over a car with the wrong plates. The driver got out of the car and scuffled with Officer Schurr. He then ran and gained control of the Officers TAZER. In the course of the struggle Officer Schurr cancelled the violently resisting subjects birth certificate.

The person driving the car with plates to another was a refuge from the Congo. He has only been in this country for a few years and has racked up a rather healthy criminal record. Let’s see, 3 DUI’s, 2 Domestic Violence charges and several vehicle theft dings. At the time he broke and ran from the Officer he was wanted on a warrant for DV, he’s on probation for his 3rd DUI and his BAC was .29. Welcome to the USA…would you please follow our laws. That is if it’s not too great of an inconvenience.

The convictions and BAC will not be allowed during the trial. So sayeth Kent County Judge christina mims.

DOJ Will Take Over Prosecution Of 14YO Punk Who Killed Newark Detective

Remember the incident where a 14YO wipe shot and killed a Newark, NJ Detective. (See copsperspective.com post dtd. 3/10/25).

Good news…if there is any, the new and improved US Attorney for New Jersey, Alina Habba, will take the case. Oh yeah, this jag will be prosecuted as an ADULT! NJ law states that violent offender under 15 cannot be charged as an adult.

This is not the case in the federal system. This little creep will do a lotta time once he’s old enough to enter the federal BOP! How ’bout that new US Attorney…she bats right, throws right and thinks right! Carry on MS Habba and may god hold Detective Joseph Azcona in the palm of his hand and may family an friends find peace.

ICE And Other Federalies Arrest 370 Illegals’ In Boston Area…Politian’s Fume

Last week ICE and a bunch of other federal law enforcement agencies suprised Boston and MA. They targeted illegal immigrants for arrest and detainment. Most with serious felony records or pending charges. Serious stuff like murder, sexual assault and other assorted predatory crimes.

The local pols made a big deal of not being involved in the mass sweep. mayor wu said they don’t support the Federalies efforts and will not allow ICE in they’re jails to grab the badguys BEFORE they are released and allowed tp prey on the cities and towns.

Seems like ICE and the team had their intell and knew where to grab these folks. The mayor and governator were pissed because no one told them about the raids. That’s right. And the operation went off without anyone being tipped off…stick that in your crackpipe mayor wu-wu!

CO Judge Throws Out 100M Lawsuit Against CSPD Officer

Last week a Colorado Circuit Judge threw out a 100M lawsuit against a CSPD Officer. The Officer was being sued for discharging his TAZER whilst chasing a fleeing felon. The badguy was in a rollin’ stolen. When Officers attempted to pull the fool over he ran. The stolen car eventually stopped after it struck a police vehicle. The chump then ran away from the scene on foot.

A CSPD Officer fried his TAZER striking the goof. Well, as luck would have it, The fool fell and broke his neck thus becoming, as his attorney said…”a victim resulting in quadriplegia.”

Let’s take a look at this incident. Stolen car, fleeing from police via vehicle and on foot then tazed. Hummm, seems like the Officer did what he thought was necessary to stop this jackassery. So did the Federal Judge. Case dismissed!

ATL Officers Fired By Knee-Jerk Mayor In 2020 Get Jobs Back…Can’t Sue Mayor And Chief

Yesterday the Federal Appeals Court in ATL ruled Atlanta Police Officers Gardner and Streeter can’t sue the mayor and former chief. (Lower case for low life’s)

Remember that volatile and riotous summer in 2020. blm and company were on the warpath. Enter 2 snotty and empowered college students who were trying to get into a restricted area after the city wide curfew. They were stopped by Streeter and Gardner. After numerous request to exit the car the 2 boobs were drug out and TAZED. See “Cops Perspective” 2/2/2021 and 6/4/2022.

The mayor, keisha-something-something and the former chief IMMEADITLY fired these 2 dedicated and professional Officers. The bratty students caused the ruckus and the Officers did as trained.

IL State Senator Introduces Bill That It’s OK To Attack Police Officers If You Are Having A Mental “Episode”

Talk about balls… a (D-I Hate Cops) wants to make it legal for a mentally wacked out fool to attack a Cop. Even if the Cop’s in uniform and can clearly be I.D’d. By the by this silly bill would only include Cops…not firefighters and other emergency personnel.

If this crazy bill passes gonna bet every street thug and assorted scumbag will have a certification from some “quack.” The certification will state that the person is nutso, thus no charges. We have all heard some goofy things in our career/life but I gotta admit this ranks right up there.

If this passes the both houses you just know that the governator will drag his fat azz to the desk and sign the damn thing. Accompanied by the usual pomp and self-serving statements about the safety of the nutballs running around. Oh Plleeeze!

This is just plain crazy. If you’re a cop in IL get the hell out before those politicians get you killed!
