The LA DA, “greasy” gascon, in his effort to lock up every cop, everywhere, got a taste of his arrogance. 2 LASD Deputies, involved in a Steve McQueen chase and shoot out way back in 2018 were charged for some BS case by “greasy.” The da said the cops lied in their report and struck some goof with a car door.
Oh Yeah, the case was prosecuted by former public defenders. They were immediately hired by “greasy” after he took office. Their goal…put cops in jail. Never mind the killers, rapists and assorted vile criminal’s, let’s go after the cops. After filing the charges ole’ “greasy” gave a bunch of high minded statements. You know, “Nobody is above the law” etc. blah, blah. Aren’t we all tired hearing that?
At the prelim hearing last week both sides presented their cases. It took about three hours. After being almost put to sleep by the former public defenders the judge said, “Nothing here, let’s go home.”
These fine Officers have been on UNPAID leave since 2018. I’ll ask again, where do these Deputies go to get their reputations and lives back. Hey “greasy”…hope you get recalled in November. End of rant!
