In Phoenix and elderly woman was exiting the light rail car at her destination.
Enter low-life austin shurbutt (insert your own comments here)who walked up behind the handicapped woman and dumped her out of her wheelchair. He then tried to escape.
A number of passengers saw this egregious act and came to the aid of the victim who is unable to walk. They then chased the wheelchair thief who dropped the purloined item and made good his escape…not for long.
His face was plastered all over local media and he was arrested the following day.
A tip o’ the Cop’s Perspective hat to those that assisted this woman and the cop’s who grabbed this doofus.
Stealing a wheelchair…what a creep!!
Peace
