Topeka Cop Wins UOF Suit…Plaintiff Must Pay Cop’s Legal Bills!

In Topeka last week a Federal Jury found a Topeka Police Officer not liable in yet another phony excessive force charge against a cop. The Officer used the necessary amount of force to take an uncompliant suspect into custody.

These goofs seem to think that every time they get into a “dust-up” with a cop and they get a butt-hurt they can sue and walk away with a lotta $$$. Not so, at least in Topeka. After hearing all the boo-hoo jive from the plaintiff the jury was out about 2 hours and came back with a $0 award. The Judge ordered the mopeazz to pay the cops legal bills. Somewhere around 50K.

Topeka Cop leaving Federal Court after having the plaintiff ordered to pay his legal bills and NO award for a BS suit!

The dumb-azz who sued is saddled with a 150K bill from his attorney’s. Too bad jack. Next time just do what the cop says and all this self initialed anguish can be avoided.

P.S. Need a toxic masculinity fix? Go see Maverick, Top Gun!

  1. It is about time that they realize it is not always the Policeman’s fault. Think about how many other LEO had to suffer. Thank you Lord. 🙏

    1. Joseph: You’d think so. The cop that shot a drunk in Grand Taped just got indicted. Hope he takes it to the jury. Not a lot of jury appeal. I’ll post something about it today after I get home from church. Tale Care/Stay Safe Ken
