Cop Accused Of Excessive Force Sues man Who Attacked Him

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

A Cincinnati cop who was trying to get an “Out of Control” man to leave a YMCA was brutally attacked. The officer attempted to de-escalate the situation, but then it takes 2 to unwind a confrontation.

The offender was taken into custody by other officers at the scene and charged with numerous violations. The bad guy then filed a complaint against the officer for excessive force. Stating that he failed to de-escalate and used excessive force.

A review of the body cam footage and the Y’s security cameras showed the officer used everything at his disposal to just get the goof to leave the Y.

OK, 2 can play this game. The officer filed a civil lawsuit demanding $25K in damages as well as attorney’s and court fees.

Wow, a cop suing the guy that attacked him then filed a brutality complaint. The mope not only has to contend with the criminal justice system for his actions. He’s now facing civil liability.

Maybe more cops should consider these types of actions. Should cut down on these silly, unsubstantiated and frivolous complaints. Hope he’s successful. Carry On.

2 Cops Dragged by Car…Man Acquitted, Says He was Scared

AVAILABLE AT AMAZON.COM AND BARNESANDNOBLE.COM

In Buffalo, NY at 3:00 AM 2 cops went to investigate a car parked the wrong way. As they made contact they discovered the passenger had a gun. After a brief struggle the driver floored the accelerator and drug the cops about 150 feet.

The officers were treated and released from a hospital and the errant driver was captured soon after the altercation.

At trial the driver said he was afraid of being shot and killed and that he was soooo scared that he just wanted to get away.

Here’s a hint, don’t put yourself in a position where you might come to the attention of the police.

At this bozo’s trial he used the “duress” defense and was acquitted by the judge.

Although he skated on the assault charge he’s a parolee and will face the music on that in the future.

Ah, maybe not. After all it’s New York and the cops are ALWAYS the ones at fault. No wonder their crime rate is spiraling out of control.

Fashionista Chief Bans Outer Vests…Doesn’t Like the Look

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

The Chief in Toledo has banned officers from wearing the outer tactical vests. You know, the ones with trauma plates and can more evenly distribute the extra thirty or so pounds of equipment carried by officers. Yeah, the vests that help with lower back and hip pain and discomfort. That one.

When questioned the chief said, …”I’m the chief, I make these decisions.” True enough, but don’t you think you should have some input from members of the department. Especially those that bare the brunt of the decision. You know, patrol cops.

Gonna bet a number of cops will be afflicted with some type of injury from having all the weight on their belt.

By the way, this is a relatively new chief and it’s probably not the best way to start as chief. Maybe he should have taken this up with the officers association.

What’s next…stiletto heels?

Drugs War On Us…Not The War On Drugs

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

Drugs have declared war on the United States. Last year there was almost 82,000 overdose deaths. That’s almost twice the number of troops killed in Viet Nam.

The numbers keep going up. Professionals say that addiction is a disease. If so why not “quarantine” them? Not so today. Decision makers often release dealers of the “devil’s dung.” back into the community.

Cities and towns are quick to offer safe injection sites…the needles are picked up by city workers after they are dis-guarded. Often in parks and recreation centers. You know, places where your kids could get stuck coming down the slide or??

How do we help kids make the right decision. At some point children will be forced into a situation where they are presented with any number of drugs. Tell them to just say no. A lotta folks scoff at this…OK, don’t tell them anything. Let me know how that works out.

Many of us have fought the good fight. Many still do. No matter the obstacles keep fighting the good fight. Rant over, Carry On!!

Colorado State University Police Officer Victim of CO’s Red Flag Law

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

A woman filed an emergency “Red Flag” petition against a CSU police officer who shot and killed her son in July, 2017. The shooting was ruled justifiable. The guy that got shot was coming at the officer with an 11′ blade hunting knife. This after attempts to “de-escalate” failed.

In her petition she made a number of outrageous claims including that she and the officer had a “child in common.”

Upon reviewing the petition the Prosecuting Attorney issued a warrant for the woman claiming perjury and attempting to influence a public servant. Attempts to serve the warrant were unsuccessful. She was placed on the County’s Most Wanted list.

The Sheriff said he would not enforce actions under the ill conceived “red flag” law. “It has the potential for tremendous abuse and is politically motivated legislation.” Couldn’t agree more.

Hey MS. Holmes…call the TV stations and turn yourself in.

Cleveland Chief Argues Against Ending Pursuits

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

Cleveland has been under the gun for police pursuits. The latest being one where a 13 yo girl, walking to a library was killed when the vehicle being pursued struck and killed the young lady.

The usual uproar from “concerned citizens” was to end all pursuits…”it’s the cops fault.”

The chief bristled at the demand. Saying the culprit(s) were the 2 jr. gangsters who committed a violent felony.

Not so fast said Cleveland Chief Calvin Williams. The car being chased was “jacked” by 2 15 yo armed punks. Officers on patrol saw the car and, of course, the driver refused to pull over. The end result being the death on an innocent person.

“Do we want to give criminals free rein to do anything they want? We will review our pursuit policy and regulate chases. We must not let these criminals run wild without consequences.”

Right you are Chief Williams.

VA To Outlaw Guns On Capitol Ground This Monday

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

The Virginia governator (D-Fruit Loops) has issued an emergency declaration that guns will not be permitted on the capitol grounds on Monday, Jan 21st. This is the day that VA residents and others plan to protest VA’s strict gun control (grab) laws.

Some pols were all upset. They see this as another Charlottesville where a protester was killed. (See Cop’s Perspective dated 8/15/17 and 8/19/17) The cop’s were not allowed to take any enforcement action. Why you ask? Good question. Too many pols involved…way too many. As is usually the case where these bozos stick their noses in where it doesn’t belong, things went haywire.

A number of the state reps are all spun-up over this protest. Maybe everybody ought to just step back and take a deep breath and let the cops do their jobs WITHOUT any interference.

I’m hoping this will be a forum for gun owners to air their concerns over these laws…and the legislators will listen.

We’ll see what happens Monday.

CA To Shorten Probation Time In Order To reduce Crime…HUH?

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

The CA governator (D-Oyster Crackers) recently announced that he will reduce the probation time for misdemeanors from 3 yrs. to 2 yrs. and from 5 yrs. for a felony to 2 yrs. Says it will reduce crime.

Lets take a look. Reported crime in the “golden state” is going through the roof. Why you ask? Good question.

The last session of the “house of lords” reduced many violent felony crimes to misdemeanors and misdemeanors to minor infraction. Give the mopeazz a ticket and hope they show up in court.

OK California, keep giving these violators breaks and not holding them ACCOUNTABLE will sure as hell have an effect on the crime rate…and it won’t be pretty.

Once again, to our brothers and sisters, get outta there before those pols kill ya!

NJ Cops Set Upon Whilst Responding To Large Fight In Progress

Available at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com

In Brick Township, NJ cops responded to a large fight. When they got there an tried to break up the melee the cops were attacked. A call for additional assistance resulted in a robust response from neighboring departments.

Did the large police presence quell the riotous youngsters, nooooo. It only emboldened the obnoxious little weasels.

The wipes threatened to kill the cops. Hell, even some “parents” got involved. But alas, eventually order was restored and peace and harmony reigned, once again, in the “community.”

A total of 14 arrests were made on a number of charges. Gonna bet these creeps are out and stirring up trouble before you can blink.

God help us!!…Please.
