NOT LOOKIN’ GOOD FOR BALTIMORE STATE’S ATTORNEY

caesar-goodsonIT’S JUNE 9TH AND THE FIRST DAY OF THE CESAR GOODSON TRIAL HAS CONCLUDED.  BUT NOT BEFORE A LOT OF FIREWORKS.

THE PROSECUTORS WERE STERNLY REPRIMANDED BY JUDGE WILLIAMS FOR NOT TURNING OVER EVIDENCE THAT MAY HELP THE (WRONGFULLY) ACCUSED, BALTIMORE POLICE OFFICER CESAR GOODSON’S CASE.

THE EVIDENCE IN QUESTION IS A STATEMENT TAKEN BY DETECTIVES SHORTLY AFTER THE DEATH OF FREDDIE GREY.  THE STATEMENT GIVEN BY DONTA ALLEN INDICATED THAT GREY WAS BANGING ABOUT THE BACK OF THE PRISONER TRANSPORT VAN.  ALTHOUGH SEPARATED BY  A METAL DIVIDER, ALLEN INITIALLY SAID THAT GREY WAS ATTEMPTING TO HURT HIMSELF.

THE FAILURE TO TURN OVER THIS EVIDENCE TO THE DEFENSE SIDE IS IN VIOLATION OF THE RULES OF EVIDENCE, REFERRED TO IN LEGAL CIRCLES AS THE BRADY RULE.

THIS GOES TO SHOW THAT MS. MOSBY AND HER BAND OF HANGMEN WILL GO TO ANY MEANS TO GAIN A CONVICTION OF ANY ONE OF THE BALTIMORE 6.  IF SHE IS NOT SUCCESSFUL…AND I HOPE SHE ISN’T, THIS COULD SPELL THE END OF THE WITCH HUNT SHE IS PRESIDING OVER.

LET’S GET THESE FINE COPS BACK TO WORK AND PUT THIS THING IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR.  GOD BLESS THE BALTIMORE 6.

STAY SAFE, BUCKLE UP AND WEAR YOUR VEST!!
