MOSBY STRIKES OUT…AGAIN

BALTIMORE STATE’S ATTY, MARILYN MOSBY JUST LOST ANOTHER ROUND IN HER MISGUIDED ATTEMPT TO MALICIOUSLY PROSECUTE SIX BPD OFFICERS FOR DOING THEIR JOBS.

THIS ONE IS ESPECIALLY GALLING FOR MS. MOSBY BECAUSE IT WAS CONSIDERED TO BE HER BEST SHOT AT A CONVICTION.  EVERYTHING CAME CRASHING DOWN WHEN THE JUDGE LAMBASTED THE STATE FOR FAILING TO PROVIDE EVEN THE SLIGHTEST BIT OF PROOF THAT OFFICER CESAR GOODSON EVEN REMOTELY ACTED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT HE WOULD BE FOUND GUILTY OF 2ND DEGREE MURDER.  LET ALONE ANY OF THE OTHER BOGUS CHARGES.

NOW MOSBY IS BEING CHALLENGED ON TWO FRONTS.  ONE BEING SHOULD SHE PROCEED WITH THIS SILLY CHARADE AGAINST THE THREE REMAINING OFFICERS.  MY GUESS IS THAT SHE WILL PROCEED.  ONLY BECAUSE HER THICK SKULL WILL IS NOT ABLE TO PROCESS THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THIS CASE.  ANY CLEAR THINKING PROSECUTOR CAN CLEARLY SEE THIS IS A FAST TRACK TO THE JUNKYARD OF HISTORY.

ADDITIONALLY, MOSBY IS THE SUBJECT OF A CIVIL ACTION BY FIVE OF THE SIX CHARGED OFFICERS.  THE REMAINING OFFICER MAY JOIN THE SUIT SHORTLY.

EITHER WAY, MOSBY, FINDS HERSELF IN A REAL PICKLE.  BUT THEN SHE’S THE ONE THAT PUT HERSELF IN THIS POSITION AND SHE HAS NO ONE TO BLAME BUT HERSELF.  GREAT JOB MS MOSBY!!

STAY SAFE, BUCKLE UP AND WEAR YOUR VEST!!
