MAJ. SAM COGEN CLAIMS NO KNOWLEDGE OF GRAY INVESTIGATION

maj sam

LOOKS LIKE MAJ. SAM OF THE BALTIMORE SHERIFF’S OFFICE IS ATTEMPTING TO DISTANCE HIMSELF FROM THE MOSBY FIASCO.  GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.

HE SIGNED THE CHARGING DOCUMENT REQUESTING THE CHARGES BE FILED AGAINST THE BALTIMORE 6.  BAD MOVE PAL.  YOU MAY HAVE WANTED TO GET ON THE BANDWAGON AND PILE ON THESE FINE OFFICERS WHO WERE ONLY DOING THEIR JOBS.  KARMA, BABY, KARMA.

UNLESS I’M READING SOMETHING WRONG, MAJ. SAM SIGNED THE DOCUMENT THAT STATES THE CONTENTS ARE FACTUAL.  YET HE SAYS HE DIDN’T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE INVESTIGATION….WHAT??

THE OFFICERS THAT FILED THE CIVIL SUIT AGAINST MOSBY AND MAJ. SAM ARE SHOWING THAT THIS IS/WAS A “MALICIOUS PROSECUTION.”  AS SUCH THE DEFENDANTS, MOSBY AND MAJ. SAM, ARE NOT ENTITLED TO THE THE IMMUNITY CLAUSE THAT PROTECTS GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS FROM CIVIL ACTION.  DON’T COUNT WHEN MISCONDUCT CAN BE SHOWN.

MAJ. SAM, IN HIS BIO FOR THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAYS HE IS A RECENT GRADUATE OF THE POLICE INSTITUTE FOR INTEGRITY, LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONALISM.  MAYBE HE BETTER GO BACK AND RE-READ THAT STUFF ABOUT INTEGRITY.  YOU KNOW, TRUTH, HONESTY AND JUSTICE ALL GO HAND IN HAND.  GUESS YOU MISSED THAT PART.  OH, AND THAT THOUGHT ABOUT BEING SHERIFF.  FORGET IT, MAYBE YOU AND MOSBY CAN GET THE SAME SHIFT AT McDonald’s.

STAY SAFE, BUCKLE UP AND WEAR YOUR VEST!!
